Two Bedroom Apartment with a very private south facing small patio and lawn area. It is across the street of the Princess Garden Restaurant and Pool. It is well equipped, and has a very bright and simple decor.

The three bedroom townhouse, is set in one of the most Peaceful areas of Old Village, at the end of Scottish Road, near the Zanzibar Restaurant.

It has been completely refurbished, to ensure all the usual facilities, and one of its major features is a barbecue terrace that overlooks Pinhal Golf Course.

This 3 bedroom townhouse, located in Old Village complex, is set in a very quiet area, with good inside and outside area, and with a terrace that overlooks Pinhal Golf Course.

The townhouse has been totally refurbished recently.

It is furnished with air conditioning, washing machine,dish washer,refrigerator and freezer,LCD Satellite TV (British channels).

One Bedroom (Suite) as a double bed, the other two bedroom have two single beds. The Front Patio includes loungers, patio table and umbrella with chairs.

Supermarket, bars and restaurants are on the door step also 3 wonderful pools. 5 minutes drive to the beach and the fabulous Marina.

Easy access to Pinhal Golf Course.

Easy parking and transfer service available (reasonable extra charge).

About the Owner

We are a portuguese married couple with three girls from 6 to 13 years old, that love the Algarve and in particular Old Village.

Since the first time that we met the complex, we fell in love for it, for its beautiful gardens, common areas, and all around the year life and people.

We first bought a house 15 years ago, and have recently bought a bigger one, to ensure that all our big family can come to enjoy sunny Algarve.

Our passion is also hospitality business, as we like to meet and greet our customers, that easily become our friends, regardless that it is not always possible to ensure that.

Our vacation always include staying in the Algarve, and so we can recommend "our spots", to share with you our experiences.

Great property in excellent location.

The property was located in the old village in a great location. The house was very clean and well maintained with a roof terrace with bbq overlooking the golf course.

All the amenities were as discribed and were in good condition, We stayed here whilst on a golf break and it couldn't have worked out better, the marina was only a 15 minute walk away and a 4 Euro taxi ride back late at night.

The agents that were acting for the owner were called 5 Star properties and they had offices in the main square, they were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them from our arrival to our departure.

The only negative is that there wasn't a lockable safe in the house.

I would definately recommend this property without any hesitation.

A luxurious home from home

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in the most beautiful complex, The Old Village. The townhouse was superbly equipped with every modern convenience you would need on holiday - dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryers, microwave, DVD player, massive fridge freezer, great oven & hob, kettle, toaster etc. The decor is modern and homely and the accommodation offers you great living space, inside and out. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room is a very sociable space to share with family and friends. The patio overlooks a beautifully maintained garden and the views from the roof terrace over the golf course were fabulous, particularly at sunset. The location on Scottish road was also excellent as it is a quieter part of the complex yet there is the most amazing bakery just around the corner and the pools, bars supermarket are just a minute walk away. We did intend on eating out most nights but the roof terrace was so nice and the house so well equipped, we actually had lots of BBQs instead. Communication with the owner, Roderigo, prior to our stay was helpful and prompt and we found check in easy and swift. The interim clean and linen change was also a nice surprise. Overall, the house was great but the only little niggle was that we found the beds quite hard which did affect sleep but because we enjoyed our holiday so much, we still give this property 5 stars and we would definitely return.

Wonderful home away from home.

We had a wonderful 11 days. I have stayed at the old village for over 12 years and this was the best house by far. Not only was it beautiful and extremely well appointed, nothing was too much trouble from the owners when we asked. Can't wait to return.

absolutely first class accomodation

the townhouse was spotless and in perfect condition. All the appliances and bathrooms were as new condition. It had everything we required to make our stay perfect. even the photos don't do it justice.

Excellent Apartment

I have stayed at the Old Village for the past ten years. It is an excellent complex with a number of bars, restaurants and pools, along with a well stocked shop. The gardens are impeccably maintained. It is suitable for both families and couples of any age. A 10-15 minute walk will take you to the marina and it is a further five minutes to the beach.

The apartment itself was excellent. It was very clean, modern and well decorated. It is located in a nice quiet spot, a short walk to the pools and bars but far enough away not to be noisy. It has a lawn to the front which is nice for sunbathing & also has a roof terrace giving two great options to catch the sun.

The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen is well equipped. I have booked a number of apartments at the Old Village over the past ten years and this is one I would most certainly book again.
