About the Owner

I live in Warwick and I bought this static park home a few months ago so I could enjoy Stratford-upon-Avon as it is one of my favourite places.

My friend Jacky deals with all the administration and bookings for me so please write if you have any questions or want to make a reservation.

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend here. The chalet home was excellent. It was impeccably clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The riverside park is lovely and situated very close to Stratford. Thankyou 'Jacky' for your excellent communication. We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous stay

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our stay here! So much so we even stayed another night!!! The chalet is extremely well equipped and decorated to a high standard. It is in a perfect location and only a very short distance from the centre of Stratford. Our little boy loved the boat ride into town and the bar / restaurant on site is welcoming and has a good menu. A great stay and we are already looking to book our next stay.

We received excellent communication from Jacky right from the start. A lovely person who ensured our stay was enjoyable - nothing was too much trouble. We stayed at the chalet for a month and every week we had fresh linen delivered. The chalet is decorated to a high standard having a fabulous American F/freezer, induction hob, washing machine and microwave. It also has a warm and welcoming powerful shower! It has a lovely little garden which was ideal for our 2 dogs to use and the chalet itself has secure decking around it which again is great if you have dogs. There are no doggy smells inside and the carpet and furniture has been kept in excellent condition. There is a great dog walking field on site where you can let your four legged friends off the lead for a run and you never run out of poop bags with the freebies offered all around the site. Over on the touring part of the site is a K9 doggy wash bath...... Brilliant!

We would definitely recommend this chalet. Thank you Jacky and Margo for having us! X

Very happy. Everything just as it should be.

Only very minor issues as follows:

The exterior vent on the outside of the en-suite bathroom had a flap which rattled somewhat during the first night ( which admittedly was a very windy evening) so for the following three nights we pushed a tea towel into exterior of the vent which stopped the flap from rattling.

One of the tie-back hooks for the curtains in the main bedroom came off the wall (we did try to purchase one from local shops but unable to do so) and also tried to re-apply the one that fell off, but it had lost its stickiness.

Other than those two very minor points it was excellent, and indeed I am sure we will be back in the future.

Many thanks Dave & Jayne

New Year

Great place to stay. Even though the weather was truly terrible we still enjoyed our stay.

Caravan is very comfortable, very good heating and hot water, powerful shower which I wasn't expecting in a caravan, extremely comfortable bed and high quality fixtures in the kitchen . Dog friendly as well. With dog bowls, biscuits and a towel laid on.

Very good location 5 minutes drive to Stratford a less than an hour to Oxford . Jacky was very helpful and made sure everything was fine.

Only thing would have made it better is some information about the local area and maybe a map of the camp. Also some Egg cups in the kitchen would be useful.

But would definitely recommend it as a place to stay and hopefully we will be back again soon
