House in Portreath, Cornwall, England - Located On Its Own No Through Road

Located in the historic harbour village of Portreath, Portreath offers a wide range of local amenities including 3 pubs, local village store, bakery, Chinese and various cafes located through out the village. The house has three bedrooms 2 doubles and a room with bunk beds. 2 bathrooms one being an on suite in the master bedroom. The other is the family bathroom with a bath and electric shower. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven with all normal appliances such as microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and a variety of smaller electrical appliances. The lounge dinner has a seating area for eight people and a seating area in the lounge for six. There is sky, the entertainment channels and also a PlayStation three for DVDs,s, we leave a selection of DVDs,s and PlayStation games if you want to use them. We also leave a selection of surfboards body boards and wetsuits if you need them, don't have all sizes but if they fit you are welcome to use them. Front garden has seating for eight and a small decking area and bbq is available.

Excellent location, excellent property.

Excellent property, everything we needed for family of four, clean with all the required facilities. Very friendly hosts who met us on arrival. Best of all the location, 2 minutes from the beach and Portreath is the perfect family beach village.

Gull Cottage, Portreath

The cottage is everything that we expected and it's location is spot on. The owners, Peter and Katie are approachable, friendly and very helpful. The cottage was spacious enough for us to entertain family and friends and very comfortable. Portreath is a lovely village with a great beach and great surf and we especially liked the Atlantic Cafe. The food at the Bassett Arms which is a minutes walk from the cottage was excellent at an excellent price too.

Gull Cottage is so close to the beach and harbour, Portreath also has all the amenities that are required for village life. It is a beautiful area and if you enjoy the outdoors Portreath has a lot to offer.

Nearest airport is Newquay, train and bus stations are in Redruth and Camborne which are about 3-4 miles away.
