A stunning ground floor, 4 bedroom, luxury apartment, with pool* in a PERFECT LOCATION - in one of the very best areas in the heart of Sitges, only 100 meters from the beach and only a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants/bars/cafes/shops/museums and the beautiful Old Town. Despite its central location, the apartment is set in a private area with lush gardens and communal pool so you can really relax and enjoy the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. The apartment has been re-furbished to a very high spec with a lovely spacious open plan living/dining room/kitchen leading directly to the 2 large outside terraces with rattan furniture, sun loungers, BBQ and dining area. We want our guests to enjoy our apartment as their home away from home. So we've furnished it to the same very high standard as our own family home. The apartment has all up to date amenities to make your stay really special including Fibre Optic Broadband/Wi-Fi, Ultra HD TV with UK Channels DVD Player (& DVD's), Board Games/Cards, Air Conditioning in all rooms, Central Heating, 2 new bathrooms (1 en-suite) and all beds are new with high quality luxury mattresses. A cot and high chair is also available if required. All bedrooms have doubles or twins, and thus the apartment is extremely comfortable for up to 8 people plus baby. There is a private underground parking for 1 car, albeit the perfect thing about this accommodation given its location is that there is genuinely NO NEED FOR A CAR, unless you are planning to visit the surrounding area as everything is within a few minutes walk and the apartment is only 15 miles from Barcelona airport and 20 miles South of Barcelona (if you need a car for a few days the Car rental company is just 50m from the apartment). There are 4 trains an hour to Barcelona and it takes just 30 minutes. Sitges railway station is only a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Kids and pets are very welcome. Sitges and the apartment are a perfect holiday or short break for families, kids, couples or groups of friends. This is one of the only apartments in Sitges this close to the beach/restaurants/bars/shops that has a swimming pool. Virtually all accommodation with a pool are in more residential areas 20 minutes walk from the beach/restaurants/bars/shops.

IMPORTANT: Please note that this apartment is part of a residential complex and there is a community agreement for everyone's benefit to keep loud noise/music etc down after 10pm. Therefore the appt is not suitable for groups looking to party or want to have somewhere they can have lmusic/noise after 10pm. We are very careful to ensure the guests who stay are aware of this but damage/disturbance deposits would need to be withheld if guests created noise/disturbance for neighbours. We were very impressed with the property, it had everything and more to make our holiday really enjoyable.The location is a walking distance with all public transport, and lots and lots of Restaurants near by.We would recommend to all our friends and would definitely go back again.

Really lovely, private apartment with plenty of space for 5 of us, and excellent pool in the complex.

Ideally situated close to the town square and the beach.

What made it great was Sylvie the cleaner, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Wonderful Apartment in Sitges

We arrived at the apartment to be greeted by the lovely Sylvie who welcomed us to the property and showed us how to access the grounds where to find everything and general house keeping etc. I booked the apartment for myself and my family (a party of 8 including one toddler) as we came to Sitges for a family wedding in the hills. We weren't disappointed the pictures accurately reflect this spacious 'Home from Home' and immediately felt at ease. There is plenty of room to enjoy evening meals together (we used the gas bbq a few times to save going out) and enjoy relaxing breakfasts. With two bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms there is plenty of room to accommodate larger families. The property is located very well as its a 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants, 7 mins to station and large super market and overall very central. My family loved the clean and safe beach especially my 2 year old who ran up and down to his hearts content. Would I recommend this property and Sitges? 100%.

My only suggestion would be to have a couple of extra blankets for guests staying out of peak summer as it does get cooler in the evenings......

Overall a wonderful holiday we will definitely be returning one day! Thanks again.

Fabulous spacious apartment in great position.

What a lovely spacious apartment. We were a family group of 7 and a baby staying for four nights, visiting Sitges for a wedding.

It was well equipped, clean,spacious and beautifully furnished. There were plenty of towels for our use.

The sky TV was a bonus on the only rainy day we had. We chilled out watching a film.

The position in the centre of Stiges was so convenient. With restaurants,bars, cafes and shops all within walking distance. The beach was a two minute walk away, with lovely walks along the promenade and to the port.

What a delightful place.

A car is not needed, although we hired one for convenience, the underground car park worked well.

Tim, the owner was very helpful before we arrived and easy to deal with. Sylvie who met us at the property was great. We had to call her for advice during our stay, she was so helpful.

I will certainly be returning.

Great property - fully recommend

The apartment is modern, well appointed, clean and in great condition. We were 4 adults and 2 children and despite not really using the 2 large terraces (not hot enough in January), the apartment still felt very spacious and sociable.

It is very family friendly being on the ground floor. Incredibly central, the town centre and the beech are on your doorstep - certainly no need for a car.

We fell in love with Sitges and would definitely stay at this apartment again given the opportunity to go back.

The owner was very helpful before our stay and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Wonderfully appointed apartment with everything you could possibly need, including body boards!

Fab places eat, shop and explore. Great apartment for families and inter generational breaks. Close to station if you can tear yourself away from the town, pool and beach.

My wife Seema and I live with our 2 young kids (one boy 9 and one girl 6) in Oxford, UK.

We & our extended family/close friends are lucky enough to spend several weeks each year in Sitges and the apartment will be our home one day. Hence we are passionate about every detail of the home and want it to be a "true" home away from home for family/friends and others who want a luxurious and comfortable place to stay but also appreciate the extra space and the small "home touch" details that make a holiday extra special.

As a family we enjoy some of the most spectacular & safe beaches on the Mediterranean, fantastic restaurants & close proximity to airport, theme & water parks. We love bike riding, golf, tennis & water sports.

The property is in arguably the best spot in the whole of Sitges - right in the heart, 100m from the beach but in a private setting with lush gardens and fantastic terraces where you can really chill and relax.

As a couple we love the French restaurants, cosy bars, rambling streets, the abundance of arts & culture. and the architecture in the old town.

Our extended family love the bars

And everyone loves the fact we can hop on a train & for about 3Euros be in Barcelona in 30 mins

Plus there are the countless festivals & carnival which means all year the town is alive

Last but not least we love the climate & the fact that Sitges has not been touched by mass tourism & remains largely a secret outside of Catalonia

What makes this apartment unique

Firstly the great location - 100 m from the beach and the heart of Sitges with all the bars/restaurants/cafes/shops and culture. Yet despite this it is in a private area with gardens and pool so we can enjoy the buzz of the town whilst also escaping to the calm and relaxation of the home, pool, gardens and 2 private terraces.

We also love that the property has all those things that you miss from home. Lovely mattresses on the beds, a great shower, a modern kitchen, TV with UK channels, Wi-Fi

For us it really is a home away from home and we want it to be for all our guests as well.

From Barcelona airport, you can reach Sitges by train. Every 30m there are trains to Prat de Llobregat station where you can switch to another train that takes you straight to Sitges

The Mon-Bus Company also offers daily bus service from the Airport every c30 minutes.

In addition, you can take a taxi or drive between the Airport Sitges using the C-32 motorway or the C-31 highway. From C-32 or C-31, exit “Sitges Centro”. Drive towards the beach & the apt is on the right

1) The Apartment may be occupied by up to 8 adults and a baby/toddler. The number of persons including children occupying the accommodation shall not exceed the number of persons on the reservation form at the time of booking/deposit. Only the families/persons quoted are allowed to stay at the property, unless permission has been asked and granted in advance. No third parties or guests not staying in the apartment are allowed to stay at the property or use the property facilities (e.g. swimming pool) without permission being granted and failure to comply with this will result in disturbance deposit being withheld

2) In the event of inappropriate behavior or other necessary causes, we reserve the right to terminate the let without any refund of monies

3) The home is part of a small community with many families, and thus as a community we are VERY respectful of our neighbour’s, particularly around noise at night etc and BBQ on front terrace (there are 2 terraces and BBQ are on back)
The community has a rule for all neighbours benefit, to keep noise down after 10pm (e..g no music on terraces, loud music/tv in apartment and no parties etc) and BBQ must only be on the back terrace. There is a disturbance fine if the agreement is broken and neighbours are disturbed/cannot sleep etc. We are very careful re the guests who stay (recognizing there are some groups for whom this property would not be suitable) and ensure that it is not rented to groups where there may be issues with noise etc, If rules are broken the damage/disturbance deposit would need to be withheld. We would really appreciate it if you could be respectful of all neighbours as you would do at home.
Residents agree not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of another neighbour. Said noise and/or activity shall be a breach of the agreement/contract
4) The designated parking area/space on the property shall be used exclusively for parking of guests
