Yar Quay is a well presented, comfortable and bright holiday home. Tri-folding doors opens up the whole of the downstairs to the decking and garden area letting the bright sunshine in. Views across the marshes and Bembridge harbour can be enjoyed from all 3 storeys of the house – sleeping 7 in 4 bedrooms, this property has a modern family bathroom a well equiped kitchen/dining room and plenty of parking. This is a relaxing and well positioned holiday home. Pets accepted on request.

To book we require a 30% non refundable deposit with £25 admin fee to secure your holiday, the balance + £200 refundable breakages deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking withing 8 weeks we require the full balance.

Coast/Beach:

Fabulous coast walks, you are right next to St Helens beach and the beach at Bembridge is about a 10 min walk around the harbour past the house boats.

Travel:

To get to the Isle of Wight you need to take a ferry from the South of England, only 67 miles from London! Car ferries: Wightlink (Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth); Red Funnel (Southampton to East Cowes). Other forms of transport include Hovertravel, foot passengers only (Southsea to Ryde), Wightlink catarman, foot passengers only (Portsmouth to Ryde) and Red Jet (Southampton to Cowes). There is a small private airport at Bembridge and Sandown

Distances:

St Helens is a pretty village, a short walk to the village shop which as newspapers, essentials and local produce, veg etc. Also a coffee shop and book shop (!) close to the beaches and also the larger village of Bembridge with Butcher, fish monger, coffee shops etc.
