This magnificent apartment is up to 6 people and it is located on the second and third floor (the third floor containing a private terrace)! The Apartment is situated in the heart of the city of Seville, in the old town called Alameda, one of the most monumental and important in Europe. The Apartment is just few minutes' walk from the main tourist attractions of the City. The Apartment has Lounge, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen and Private Terrace.

CHECK-IN:

On arrival, owner will meet travellers, handle keys, and explain how everything works, as well as general overview of local amenities, places to visit, shopping areas, and other useful recommendations.We are aiming to offer the best value and service possible. We want our guests to have such an enjoyable stay that they will not hesitate to return to us again in the future!

PRIVATE PARKING 20€/NIGHT/CAR!

Late Check-In 22-23 | 10 € per stay

Late Check-In 23-00 | 20 € per stay

Late Check-In After 00:00 | 30 € per stay

At check in we require a 150€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT that can either be put up in cash or held on file together with your credit card details and returned to you at check out.

Change of the sheets and towels every 4th day and if you stay more than 7 nights we include 1 FREE cleaning time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Booking deposit fee (first payment) is never refundable. A voucher for futur booking could be made under company criterion.

when cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival 100% of booking fee will be charged.

when cancellation occurs within 60 and 31 days before arrival 50% of booking fee will be charged.

when cancellation occurs within 90 and 61 days before arrival 30% of booking fee will be charged.

In all other cases booking deposit fee is never refundable.

Amazing location

The apartment was great, it was perfect for us, me and my husband and our faughter. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, there was an endless supply of hot water & the kitchen was well equipped. The salon and bedroom is having AC and a good free internet. The staff was very helpful and responding so quickly. Sevilla is a fabulous city and the apartment was within walking distance of all the main attractions and had restaurants, cafes, shops etc within 1 minute. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough & have told all my friends about it & we very much hope to return this year.

We booked the apartment very early and got very big discount! Otherwise they told us that the summer season is the cheapest!

Walkaway from everything

The neighbourhood is very nice and the building is maybe 100m away from the Alameda Park and from the River of Sevilla. The stay was good in the apartment and was very quiet area.

Our favourite place to eat was in the Alameda park, and we chose almost every night a different place to dinner or lunch. We were happy that everything was so close to the apartment.

The apartment was having everything we needed, and because we stayed 7 nights, they included one cleaning without extra charge!

On our next visit to Sevilla we will stay in this apartment again for sure. Just as a tip for the next guest, remember to agree with the owners the time of your arrival, because their office is in a different building, so it is taking a bit time until they arrive if you call them when you are at the door! ;)

Nice apartment with beautiful terrace

I stayed in this apartment with my boyfriend 5 nights and was very good. There was a person who checked us into the apartment and showed us how everything was working and explained about the check-out and other things which we wanted to know.

The apartment is very clean, having an AC in all the bedrooms and upstairs in the living-room/salon.

The terrace was great to enjoy the sun of Sevilla even thought we really didn't spend time in the apartment.

We really recommend this apartment to rent!! Perfect for couples or even a bigger group. We got plenty of space.

TIP: on this trip you will not need any car tu use, everything is on walking distance.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is at Matalascanas, Huelva - 92 kms (1 hr drive). Other beautiful sandy beaches can be found along the Atlantic coast going south starting at Sanlucar de Barrameda (125 kms (1.20 hrs), stretching down to Tarifa and the Straits of Gibraltar.

Travel:

Santa Justa Railway Station 3km. Seville Int Airport 20 mins drive. We offer a "meet and greet" airport transfer service which, arranged with us before hand, for a max 4 people, one way - 40 Euros, both ways cost 70 Euros. A great & economical way to travel around central Seville is to hire a Sevici bike. They have many pick up/drop off stations throughout the city all within 300m of where you are. Book before arrival to get your smart card in time. Car hire not necessary.

Cordoba 151kms. Huelva 98kms. Malaga 219kms. Cadiz 122kms. Gibraltar 200kms. Portugal 150kms. Morocco 200kms and 45 minute ferry crossing

Further Details:

You will be in the heart of Seville where there are a great many things to do and see, take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the river Guadalquivir, go and see the awe inspiring Cathedral, which is the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world and its Moorish 'Giralda' Tower.

Other important historic sights that should not be missed are the Reales Alcazares, Plaza Espana and Maria Luisa Park, Museum of Fine Arts to name but a few. Take a tram ride around the city sights, or a take in a river cruise. Stroll around the great shops and boutiques, the leather wear on sale here is second to none. Visit the lively local market at Calle Feria, held on Thursdays.

After an exciting day you may want to go and try the local food in one of numerous tapas bars and restaurants. By the river you can find many romantic restaurants, some of them open air. Maybe choose to have dinner in the centre and dine whilst watching a traditional Flamenco show.

As well as shows and plays, ballet and opera can be seen at various theatres, often featuring famous international performers.

The nightlife in the city is very lively, fuelled by the many bars, clubs and discos where you can keep going till dawn, and then you can go for chocolate and churros, an absolute 'must'.
