A charming individual villa in the desirable location of El Portet. Only an 8-9 minute walk to the Blue Flag sandy beach area & Moraira is a 20 minute walk from the villa. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with corner bath and corner shower, plus a family bathroom. There are 2 lounges both comfortably furnished with sofas and a large dining area with table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV in both lounges with UK Free View channels, DVD, and Wifi. A modern kitchen with a utility room opposite. There is an enclosed naya with 2 seater sofa, table and chairs. The 8x4m pool is accessed from the front Naya, the rear of the villa and from the bedrooms through the large tiled under build area. There is a lovely garden and BBQ area for outside cooking. Off road parking areas include a gated car port & a driveway. The property is situated approximately 94km/58 miles from Alicante airport (approximately 1 hour drive).

There are many wonderful coastal walks and hiking tracks in the mountains, boat, Scuba diving and Jet Ski hire from Moraira Marina. Sol Park Tennis Club is 10 minutes away with professional coaches. Safe swimming from the blue flag beach of El Portet and Moraira has two beaches. Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar and Aqualand water parks are all just 30 minute drive away.


The very picturesque beach cove of El Portet is walking distance from the villa, a ‘blue flag’ beach with lovely clear water and rock areas on both sides for fishing. El Portet is a no through road and consequently no traffic. There are two very nice beach side cafes that offer snacks and drink and La Dauphin gourmet restaurant for that special sunset meal. Formerly a small fishing village Moraira is now a small fashionable resort with a beautiful Marina and many quaint shops and restaurants.


Moraira is approximately 57 miles north of Alicante airport and 85 miles south of Valencia airport, with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.

A one-hour drive from Alicante and one and a half hours from the ancient City of Valencia. Car hire is recommended.


El Portet beach and cafes are a short walk away and the small quaint town of Moraira with its pretty marina and harbour with beach cafes, shops and restaurants just a 20 minute walk.

Valencia one and a half hours. Alicante one hour. Benidorm 45 minutes. Guadalest Castle one hour. Calpe, Javea and Denia 20 minutes.

The region enjoys one of the best climates in Spain with its own micro climate, recognised by the World Area Health Authority as one the healthiest anywhere! The "White Coast" or Costa Blanca with 124 miles of coastline offers many fantastic beaches, with Blue Flag status.

Moraira is free of high-rise development and package tourism. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is now a lovely small resort town surrounded by white-washed villas nestling in the pine clad foothills of the Marina Alta Mountains and overlooking fine sandy beaches, calm seas and rocky coves. The village itself has a marina and daily fish market, quaint churches, squares and back streets bursting with shops, bars, wonderful restaurants and a weekly market.

The fabulous countryside is surrounded by vineyards and citrus orchards or drive inland, to Guadalest or the Bernia Mountains where you’ll be surrounded by almond, olive and cherry orchards.

Travel further to Valencia, Benidorm, Alicante & Denia offering Architecture, Theatre and Cathedrals. For leisure enjoy Football, Shopping, Water Parks and Theme Parks. Take a train to Barcelona, Madrid, Seville or Granada for an overnight stay.

Booking Notes:
£300 deposit is required.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required sixty (60) days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
The booking deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent and is returned shortly after departure once the property has been cleaned and checked.

Changeover Day:
Usually Saturday but can be flexible. Arrival time 4.00pm. Departure time 10.00am.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Payment is by direct bank transfer in UK pounds to UK bank account. Prices include gas, water, electricity, WIFI, bed linen/bath towels/tea towels and pool maintenance.

Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee or £50. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
