Sleeps 4. 2 bed apartment on ground floor of former Georgian hotel, in centre of Swanage and 30 yards from the sea. WiFi access. Close to restaurants.

Recently fitted kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle.

Living room with two sofas, dining table, 50 inch TV with Netflix, Playstation 3 (plays DVDs), shelving unit, coat rail.

Master bedroom with king bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, easy chair.

Second bedroom with bunk beds, hanging rail, under bed drawers.

Bathroom includes walk in shower, heated towel rail, plus sink and WC.

There is also a travel cot and a high chair.

Outside there is a small South facing rear terrace. Unfortunately no access to the adjacent garden.

There is non-guaranteed parking for 1 car at the front - on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise, parking can be found on nearby 'Park Road' or the close 'Broad Road' long stay car park.

Fantastic apartment in excellent location

We have enjoyed a lovely week here, the apartment is so well situated you can walk everywhere and do not need the car. We were fortunate to get a parking space however there is lots of parking nearby if you are not so lucky. Opposite the apartment is the sea and some great restaurants - we have enjoyed dinners out and been able to pop back to grab a cardigan if sea breeze has caught us out! The apartment itself is very light and spacious. Master bedroom in very large and comfortable. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds and playstation! The kitchen is very well equipped and we have not needed anything during our stay, all provided for. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and full fridge and freezer. We were unfortunate to run into some issues during our stay but the owners were extremely helpful - it is very clear that they want to ensure everyone who stays here has an excellent time. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and we would certainly return. Thanks Matt and Sarah for accommodating us.

Great apartment. Uplifting and fresh interior. Good location for walks and touring. Had no problem with parking whilst visiting in May. Looking forward to visiting again.

A beautiful clean holiday apartment in a stunning beachfront location. Central to everything. Excellent amenities. A very comfortable home from home. We stayed with our children and we all had a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back!

Great property and great location !

We are a family of 4 and stayed here in July 2015 and had a fantastic time.

The accommodation is really well refurbished with all the facilities you need. The rooms are really spacious and the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner works really well.

The property is perfectly located in the town centre opposite a fantastic seafront fish restaurant and only a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The owners are very helpful and were onhand if we had any questions.

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and have booked it for 2016!
