Villa in Campo Mijas, Costa Del Sol, Spain - Quiet Location, Walking Distance to Local Amenities

The accommodation in the villa is primarily all on one level, apart from bedroom four, which makes this a great choice for families. The living and dining area are open plan with lots of windows offering panoramic views and access onto the upper terrace. The villa is equipped with TV, stereo and internet access. The large kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for eight to ten and all appliances are fitted including an American style fridge freezer with a purified water tap and ice maker. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms in the main house; two double rooms and a twin room. Bedroom one has a king size bed, en-suite and balcony access. Bedroom two has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and shares balcony access with bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom which also has a door from the hallway so this can be shared with bedroom 2. Bedroom four is air conditioned and accessed from the lower pool terrace and this is a self-contained studio apartment with kitchenette, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This is great for guests who want a little more privacy. Two extra fold out beds can be added to the villa so that the property can sleep 10 in total. Please request this when booking. The villa has lots of outside space with dining seating and sun loungers for all. The upper terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with a cold drink in hand. On the lower pool terrace you can cook up a storm on the gas BBQ, jump into your private pool or simply soak up the sun from your lounger. The pool has access into the shallow end down Roman steps which makes it easy to get in and out of the water. The villa has secure off-road parking. Linen and towels are provided.

Coast/Beach:

Fuengirola's beaches are just 10 to 15 minutes' drive from the villa. You can also easily reach Benalmadena and Marbella.

Travel:

Malaga Airport - 20 minutes drive

Malaga Ferry Port - 20 minutes drive

Fuengirola Train Station - 10 minutes drive

Taxis are readily available from El Coto, 15 minutes' walk form the villa.

Distances:

Mijas Pueblo with shops, restaurants and attractions is 10 minutes' drive away. Fuengirola is 10-15 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banus are around 25 minutes' drive from the villa. The villa is well located for all the activities and attractions the Costa del Sol has to offer.

Further Details:

Local shops, restaurants, a bakery and a chemist in Urbanization El Coto are within walking distance of the villa.
