This terraced cottage has been refurbished throughout to a very high standard and is positioned in a convenient central position, within a five minute walk to the town centre, shops and quays. The interior is bright, with an airy, comfortable feel and furnished in a 'boutique' style. It has a garage which can accommodate one medium sized car and the upper floors of the house has views towards Fish Quay and Snapes. All linen and Towels provided and a generous welcome pack for you to enjoy on your arrival. Steps up to terrace area with outdoor sitting furniture, a small flight of steps up to a decked patio. Outside: shared front steps (with neighbours) to large paved terrace above garage with outside furniture, BBQ. Decked patio to front door. Rear - small courtyard with drying facilities. Gate to communal pathway to Church Street.(There is access across terrace for neighbouring property). Please note because of steep steps in attic bedroom the house does not allow children under 8

There are 2 beaches situated within a 10 minute walk from the cottage, or alternative you can catch a small ferry for a 5 minute ride to East Portlemouth where there are wonderful sandy beaches.

Boats can be hired for use in the harbour from the local information centre.

Nearest Train Station is Totnes, then Plymouth, nearest airport is Exeter

Distances:

Within a 5 minute walk to town with its many shops, pubs, restaurants and 10 minute walk to beaches.

One third of total rent payable as a deposit, at time of booking.
** Balance to be paid at least 12 weeks prior to arrival.
** Bookings Saturday to Saturday.
Please note that our rates are fully inclusive of bed linen and towels (beds are made up ready for your arrival!).
There are no additional charges for heating, electricity. We ask for a security deposit of £100. This is to be paid
when the final balance is due. It will be refunded within 14 days of stay.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday, with departure time 10am and arrival time 3pm.

Notes on prices:
Short stays are available during non-peak time for % of the rent, approx as follows: 3 nts:70%, 4 nts:75%, 5 nts:85%, 6 nts:92%. Linen is not provided on short breaks but can be provided for an additional charge
