Privately upgraded apartment in the Europa Sun Beach Hotel Complex

All the apartments in Europa Sun Beach have a modern, practical design, but you will find this one is much more comfortable and has additional facilities because its privately owned!

Your modern, clean lounge diner has a table for four and the lounge has a flat screen TV, Spanish antenna, UK Internet TV and, DVD player, and air conditioning. The sofa bed in the lounge has been upgraded from the original hotel furniture to something much more comfortable! So you can cool off using the integrated air conditioning and check your facebook on the free wifi. Hotel guests need to go to reception for WIFI, you have your own!

Your bedroom has two single beds which can either be put together a a large double or kept separate as twin beds. The kitchen is equipped for self catering with kettle, toaster, combi microwave ,fridge freezer cups plate pans and utensils. While hotel guest use the dingy launderette and feed coins into the machines, you will be using the one in your apartment, no coins necessary!

The closest supermarket is Mas y Mas which is only 5 mins walk away from the apartment.

The complex also boasts plenty of parking in summer months, either outside or underground.

Not only is this apartment well equipped it has a large swimming pool with children`s section, pool bar, kid`s club and play area. Bar, snack bar,games area and sometimes they have live entertainment and barbecue`s. too. Europa Sun beach is a hotel complex, but this apartment is privately owned within the complex. Basically this means it is better equipped than the hotel apartments but shares the benefits. So you have the best of both worlds.

For bookings of less than 7 nights an end of stay cleaning fee of 50 euros will apply.

Great value monthly rentals in a winter.

We love the town of Guardarmar as it is very Spanish. There are plenty of quality restaurants and quiet bars. The seaside resort has every need. A beach by the town and a natural beach with sand dunes out of town. There is a pine forest and parks with peaceful walks with a chance to see the wild life. The port/marina is attractive with many small boats. It is possible to fish in the river Segura and walk or cycle by the river. The sea is crystal clear and not a stone to be found.The people are friendly and helpful. A perfect rowdy free holiday for young and old.

What makes this apartment unique

Close to large supermarket and shops. Better equipped than similar apartments let by the aparthotel. Lovely views and amazing sunsets from the balcony.

Coast/Beach:

11 kilometer sandy beach,one of the best in Spain split by the river Segura and port with attractive marina and Club Nautica. Natural beach with sand dunes 15 mins walk through pine forest to the beach.Beach by promenade and restaurants 20 mins walk through town. La Marina sand dune beach other side of river 10 mins by car. Nudist beach to west of town.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Alicante 40 minutes by car. San Javier airport in the opposite direction is approx. 50 mins. We can provide airport transfers at a competitive rate.

Use of a car is not essential but recommended. The Europa is within easy access to the national road N332 and has a large open air car park and one underground

Distances:

Torrevieja with its old town shops and marina and La Zeina has Europe`s second largest shopping centre all within easy travelling distance. There is also a waterpark and other fun activities in this area. Alicante is an large attractive town with a sandy beach and also the railway station. Inland there are many quaint villages in particular Elche, Villamartin , Oriehuella and Benidorm is an hour away. Guardamar has a bus station serving the surrounding areas.

Further Details:

A large supermarket nearby has an extensive range of products including English items. It also has a cafe. Other stores are in the town and a large market is within walking distance on a Wednesday morning. There are numerous cafe and Tapas bars near the beach and some quality restaurants and a Chinese restaurant near Park Sofia. The town has quiet bars and there is a modern nightclub on the industrial estate and a Karaoke bar and night club outside the town.

There are several banks in the main street along with clothes stores and every other need.There are two parks one is large (within the pine forest) with paths leading to the beach. These are suitable for cycling. Bicycles can be rented from Europa reception. Park Sofia has an enchanting pond with ducks, geese and peacocks. close to a children`s playground.
