This contemporary light and airy apartment fitted and furnished to a high standard is moments from Fistral beach, made famous by being one of the UK's best surf beaches. The apartment is designed and kitted out to a very high standard. The apartment sleeps seven comfortable all in proper beds, no sofa beds etc. The apartment is ideally for FAMILIES and is in a small quiet apartment block of just 14 apartments. WE ACCEPT A MAXIMUM OF 5 ADULTS. WE ARE UNWILLING TO ACCEPT STAG OR HEN DO'S OR LARGE GROUPS OF ADULTS OR PARTY PEOPLE, however lovely you are!

We have been holidaying in the area for years and love it.

This is a great location for families of mixed ages as there is something to keep everyone occupied.

We love the fantastic beaches and coastal scenery. We enjoy our sports and there is always something to do. Newquay is great, it is small, but always has everything you need. There are so many great places to eat and visit.

The apartment is contemporary has great views and is situated with everything in close proximity. You don't need to get in the car if you don't want to.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has some amazing beaches right by it, a golf course, a town centre a supermarket all just a short walk away.

There is different restaurant for every day of the week as well as bars and pubs. Some of the restaurants have wonderful views of the north coast.

The apartment is suitable for families and the quieter young hipsters!

The apartment gets masses of sun light, has a great balcony and is furnished to a high contemporary standard.

The apartment has been furnished with comfort in mind.

There is no need to get in the car all week if you don't want to!

Notes on accommodation: There is also a wash down area for people and sports equipment in the under ground car park Outside: The good sized balcony has great views and receives sunshine nearly all day. This makes a great additional space to the apartment. The balcony is covered. Utility Room: Washing machine located in hall cupboard Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All the bedding and towels are of a high quality, offering a luxurious feel. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning can be arranged separately. If staying more than a week the bedding will be changed every 7 days. Other: The dining room table accommodates eight people easily. The breakfast bar in the kitchen has three stools and makes a great place to sit and chat. The good sized balcony has great views and receives sunshine nearly all day.

Stunning apartment in an idyllic setting

We have just returned from a long weekend at The Azure and as previously stated the apartment is immaculate. The views of Fistral Beach are amazing and we watched the sunset over the bay most evenings. My husband and I also enjoyed the Headland walks nearby and my elderly parents spent hours soaking up the sunshine on the balcony watching the golfers across the road. The underground car park is a gem and you can easily walk to the many bars and restaurants. Will definitely return here.

We love the convenience of the shops, restaurants and beach being a short stroll away too. Fistral/Newquay just keeps getting better and better. I'm counting down the weeks until our next visit and I will be able to sit on the balcony with a good Gin & Tonic!

Beautiful Apartment in perfect location

We had a lovely week here. The living area and master bedroom have beautiful views across the golf course and Fistral Bay, just as the photographs suggested. It is incredibly light and airy. The balcony area was larger than expected with comfortable seating. On most nights we were able to enjoy a glass of wine out there, listening to the sea and even catching a few rays of sun (though usually still huddled under a blanket - it's breezy up there!). The bedrooms were all a good size with lots of storage and the property is very tastefully furnished with little luxurious extras like White Company towels and bed linen. We loved the coastal theme and our two year old daughter adored her 'surf shack' room and had lots of space to move around and play - plenty of opportunities for hide and seek! Everything was spotless on arrival and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were grateful for the dishwasher and washing machine. If you have a subscription you can accesss Netflix on the TV. The wifi was also very good and we had no problems getting a number of devices online. Though the underground parking is very tight we were able to park a 4x4 down there with no scrapes!

The location is great for Fistral Beach and the restaurants down there are also within walking distance - we recommend The Fish House for something special or Rick Stein's fish and chip restaurant for something more casual - both a five minute walk away from the apartment. The location is also convenient for going a little further afield. A taxi up to Lusty Glaze was £6 and we caught a beautiful sunset there. We also drove round to the Lewennick Lodge - 5 min away - which had breathtaking views. Newquay town centre is a 10-15 minute walk away and there is a Sainsbury's on the way there along with a restaurant called Little Italy which does great takeaway pizza. There is a beautiful coastal path to the right of Fistral beach around the Headland Hotel, also great for running as the path is wide and even. I would run more if I always had that view!

We had clear instructions on how to access the property and the owner has been incredibly helpful in returning something we left behind. We miss our holiday home and would love to go back.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful sea views

The apartment itself is bright and airy, modern, clean and furnished to a high standard. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The weather being so good at the time just added to our enjoyment.

We ate lots of good local food including lunch in the restaurant on Fistral beach. On my daughter’s birthday we ate at Rick Stein's restaurant in Padstow, something my daughter has wanted to do for such a long time. We cycled to Pentire headland to see wonderful costal views. Infact, there is so much to see and do we have to go back again for a holiday rather than a short break.

Lovely property in an ideal location

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights and very much enjoyed the stay. The landlord is very friendly and communication about check in was easy!

The bedrooms are well planned and comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms, with a shower in the main bathroom and bath/shower in the second bathroom.

The kitchen has many items needed if you decide to cook. Welcome milk was left in the fridge, along with coffee/tea, biscuits and sweets being provided as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch!

The view from the property is wonderful. You can sit on the balcony enjoying the view of fistral beach.

The location is ideal! It's a short walk into Newquay centre where you can find various shops, close to a good supermarket, as well as being close to more than one beach! Parking was secure and easy.

Overall the property feels like a home away from home and I would highly recommend it!

Looking forward to staying here again next time we are in Cornwall.

Lovely apartment in the perfect spot

4 of us stayed over the Easter weekend. The apartment overlooks Fistral Beach and is only a few minutes walk into the centre town. We all very much enjoyed our stay - a perfect space or 4 adults.

The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because of the noise created by the pub next door and revellers returning from the disco on Fistral beach at 2am on Sunday morning! Nothing the owners can d about it but annoying just the same.

I’m sorry to hear Easter revellers kept you awake on Saturday night, this can be such a quiet spot and is generally considered the quieter part of Newquay. The good news is the hotel next door is up for sale and will most likely get sold to another residential developer, which will be more in keeping with the rest of the road.

Perfect Location & Property

Recently returned from a half term vacation at the Azure apartment . The property was exactly as described and everything met our expectations. The location was excellent for walking down to the beach at Fistral or into the town where there were plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. A nearby Sainsbury's also in walking distance, provided us with provisions for the week. The panoramic views over the golf course and beach kept ourselves and grandchildren entertained from the lounge and the sun trap patio during lunch. For the end of October the weather was surprisingly very kind to us. Would we all come again? A resounding yes from all our family!

It is a around five minutes walk to the beach and the same distance to the old harbour in the other direction.


Newquay International airport is 7.5 miles away.

Newquay Railway Station is 1.8 miles away and can easily be walked to.

Trains run from London to Bodmin or Truro station.


There are restaurants and bars all in walking distance, the nearest on Fistral beach. In the other direction you can head into town were the usual High street shops can be found along with more restaurants and bars. Sainsbury's is also in walking distance.

The security deposit is NOT applied to rent; however, it is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• The renter leaves the apartment in the condition it was received.
• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in a rubbish bin and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• Keys on departure one set of keys to be left on the breakfast bar, the other in the key lock box on the ground floor. The apartment is to be locked.
• The apartment is to be locked when left empty.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• NO early arrival or late departure.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative or the owner) or the local law enforcement.
CANCELLATIONS – That are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes to a date that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 adults and 2 children.
CHECKOUT & CLEANING – This is a self-catering property. Please ensure the property is left in a reasonable state. Rubbish and re-cycling should be disposed of in the communal bin store. The kitchen and its content should be left clean. The guest should clean excessive mess. If additional cleaning time is required, charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
