I stayed here for the Brixham pirate festival May 2014. This was my second time staying at this apartment block. It is so handy. It is located just above the breakwater beach over looking the lighthouse. You can use the ramp down to the beach then use the harbor path to walk around Brixham avoiding the steps. The apartments are small but everything is provided for. There is even WIFI. Its somewhere I'm going to stay repeatedly over the years. My 4 year old loves it because he can see the lifeboat from the lounge and balcony.

The stay its self was good but there was issues firstly it would help if there was loo roll and washing up liquid if nothing else, The place does smell damp for some reason but you do get used to it, The bed was very uncomfortable due to the springs in the mattress, duvet cover to small for the duvet, TV kept going of due to signal and as we was on holiday being woke up at 7.30am every morning and the TV as loud as it can go in the evenings from who ever was above did not help,

On the plus side it is clean and the views are spectacular and people you meet are friendly food at some of the pubs is good but not all especially the one on the beach we would not recommend unless you was a rabbit as most of the food is salad not meat,

We would recommend to people as long as something is done regarding the issues we had but also we would say that changing the mattress for a more comfortable one doing something regarding the tv signal and possible providing loo roll and washing up liquid as a suggestion and also if possible sound proof the room so you do not get woke up so early or listen to what someone else is watching

Seaside with a panoramic sea views, close to Berryhead Country Park, with the Devon coastal path right outside., and on an amazing cycle and rambling route. I love exploring Dartmoor and Exeter. I also love sitting on the balcony whatever the weather watching the boats and lifeboat sail past. The climate is amazing a Riviera..
