Villa in Perth, Central Scotland - We Are Within Walking Distance Of Perth Leisure Swimming Pool, Dewars Ice Rink And Close To Noahs Ar

Situated on the main road coming into perth from glasgow. Consists of 5 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, 5 bathroom/shower-rooms. Within 1 hour drive to most major attractions in scotland. There is a lounge to the front and dining room to the rear overlooking the large back garden where there are 2 patio areas with enough tables and chairs plus an outside heater and barbecue for you to enjoy alfresco dining. The rear garden has 2 small fountains plus has lights at both patio areas so you can enjoy the summer evenings outside. The rear garden is totally enclosed where you can leave the children in a safe environment without having to worry. There is a large trampoline with a safety net for the children or adults. The kitchen has an arrange of units complete with all the mod cons and an aga cooker. 3 of the bedrooms have the original fireplaces as does the lounge and dining room. There is enough parking space to the front of the house for 5 cars. Close to the town centre for shops etc but perfect for making this your base for sight-seeing in scotland. Sorry no pets, no smokers, no hen or stag parties.

Beautiful House in the lovely city of Perth

Lovely House in Perth, 5 Bedrooms, all ensuite, big dining room, great enclosed garden with trampoline. We were a family group from Scotland & the USA & we made good use of the big park and swimming pool with flumes and slides, a short walk away.

The property is an ideal base for exploring Scotland. It is the most central city in Scotland. You are under 1.5 hours away by car from some of the most famous sights in Scotland. Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Loch Lomond, Loch Ness, Forth Road & Rail Bridges, Scone Palace, Cairngorms, Castle, Monuments and Fabulous scenery. The great whisky trail, Stirling Castle, Bannockburn and much, much more.

Travel:

Car Hire is not essential as you are near the Town Centre and the main line railway station is a 15 minute walk. Nearest Airport is Edinburgh which is 38 miles away and approx. 50 minutes in the car

Distances:

Perth Town Centre is approx. 1200 metres away. Edinburgh is approx. 1 hour in the car and Glasgow is approx. 1.15 in the car. Dundee 30 minutes. Scone Palace 10 to 15 minutes away

Further Details:

Nearest large supermarket is 4 minutes in the car. We are within walking distance of the swimming pool with flumes and the ice rink for skating. Choice of banks in the town centre. St Johnstone Football Club (Scottish Premier League) plays its home games in Perth.

Every bedroom has their own private facilities so no queuing in the morning. Outside: The garden to the rear is completely secluded and consists of 2 patio areas and a lawn area. There are 2 tables seating up to 12 people plus 2 benches. A barbecue is supplied and an outdoor heater. The garden has 2 water fountains and also has lighting on 2 sides. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and linen are provided. There is no maid service. There will be extra towels left for use plus used towels will be collected after 3/4 days. Clean bedding is supplied at the beginning of the booking. Other: Dining room can seat up to 10 guests. Large dining room table with real leather dining chairs. Dining room has the original lamp shade. It also has the original fireplace. Views to the rear garden
