An excellent break

  • 5 of 5

A superb, thoughtfully equipped and immaculately maintained property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the barn was extremely comfortable and perfect for a weekend meet up.

The owner lives close by and was extremely helpful without being intrusive. Undoubtedly one of the best properties we have rented.

We would not hesitate to recommend Little Owl Barn and hope to return ourselves.

Lovely Converted Little Owl Barn in Somerset

  • 5 of 5

A lovely little retreat for our family of 5. Philip and Sarah the owners were very welcoming. The converted Barn was lovely inside, full of character, well equipped with everything we needed including the views. Quiet, relaxing and warm enough during those colder nights. Very hospitable owners who wanted to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. Great spot to head off and do some biking, weaving through the country roads onto the National Route 3 cycle path to Tiverton. Space to accommodate your bikes in the garage as well. Would definitely recommend it and will return again with the family.

Lovely holiday home with great garden for dogs & kids to play in

  • 5 of 5

We were 2 adults, 3 kids & puppy staying in this lovely upside down barn. We had plenty of space in the house for all of us & an amazing enclosed space outside. The house was very well equipped with everything you needed. We were very lucky with the weather, even though it was February so all of us got to play in the garden outside. Philip the owner was very helpful. We walked 15 mins to the local pub where the food was very nice. The kids enjoyed going to Vivary high adventure ropes & also trampolining at Flip Out both of which were just a short drive away. We have already booked our next stay here.
