Situated within a quiet residential area and next to The Byes riverside park, this is the ideal property for couples and families to relax and enjoy Sidmouth and the surrounding area. At The Pebbles you will find everything you would expect to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We are Dog Friendly and Sidmouth is also a very Dog Friendly Town. The Pebbles consists of; Living room, dining room, well equipped modern kitchen, separate enclosed shower room, a modern fitted bathroom, spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with king size bed, a spacious attic room with twin beds. To the rear of the property is an enclosed private garden with well stocked borders, seating arbour, patio table and chairs with parasol for alfresco dining. There is unrestricted street parking outside the property and within the surrounding area, a garage is available on request if required. Central Heating, electric, gas and WiFi are included.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay in a lovely house that was in immaculate condition. The pictures don't really do the size of the house justice, bigger on the inside. 3 spacious bedrooms, with a spacious living and dining room. Kitchen is a little small, but does not detract from the house. Parking was never an issue, we could park directly outside the house, or just around the corner on the road. Nice two double bedrooms and a third twin with nice big beds. I am 6"1 and never had any issues. Probably the best holiday bed I have slept in and a lovely bottle of prosecco on our arrival with some shortbread biscuits. Thank you Mark and Alison.

Fantastic Accommodation in Sidmouth

This is a wonderful cottage in a fantastic location for the Byes and the town centre.

The accommodation is of a very high standard and everything that you need has been provided, even free WIFI

Coast/Beach:

The town features two beaches, both of which are clean and safe for bathing, at high tide they are mainly pebbles but at low tide sand and rock pools appear, ideal for bare foot paddles and exploring. Jacob's ladder is at the west side and well worth the climb to the top of the steps where you will find the beautiful Connaught Gardens and the Clock Tower cafe with exceptional views across the bay and scrumptious home-made cakes.

Travel:

A car is not required in Sidmouth as everything is in easy walking distance.

Within easy reach of the Cathedral city of Exeter (30 minute drive), Dartmoor National Park, The Eden project and some of the varied local attractions including Crealy Family Adventure Park (9 miles away), Escot House and Gardens (8 miles away) and the Donkey Sanctuary (3 miles away), Sidmouth is perfect for all ages and our self catering property is the ideal place to unwind and discover Devon at your own pace.

Blessed with beautiful scenery, striking architecture and a varied selection of unique shops, cafe's and restaurants. Sidmouth is an idyllic all season resort to relax and explore Devon and an ideal base to explore the fascinating Jurassic coast, spectacular coastal path, woodlands and riverside walks.

The town features many fine Regency, Georgian and Victorian buildings and the Esplanade, which over looks the beach, is an ideal place to take in the ambience as you enjoy a leisurely stroll. It also offers beautiful parks and gardens with wonderful scenery. Sidmouth boasts a welcoming main shopping area with intriguing independent shops, as well as the big high street names.

During the first week in August the town comes to life with music, dance and entertainment from around the world when Sidmouth hosts its world famous folk festival. Sidmouth regatta runs over the August bank holiday weekend, with races and events for the whole family including a spectacular firework display on the Saturday evening.
