Located within a 3 minute walk from all the amenities at the Arenal Beach in Javea, this spacious Town house is on the Moreras del Salader complex it's on 2 levels, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It benefits from off road parking behind the gates. There is a full time concierge and a paddle tennis court. The property has a great view of the Marina which is located some 50 yards away.

The Property and pool area are South Facing and has a total of 4 terraces so where ever you are in the property you can get the sun all day

There is WIFI, English and Spanish TV, BBQ, sunbeds for all guests and the property benefits from a lovely outside terrace/garden area with outside dining and seating area

Hi my name is Debbie, we bought this bungalow earlier this year. My son and I visited Javea in summer 2010 as we was visiting my cousin in Valencia at the time so she suggested we go to Javea for 1 night, I fell in love with the place and I couldn't wait to get home and tell my husband all about it.

We visited it a few times and he too loved it, so we decided why not buy somewhere here, so we did!!

We live in Watford Hertfordshire.

Notes on accommodation: Town househas a good WiFi service and the code is provided within the 'information folder' at the property. A welcome Pack is also provided on your arrival to start you holiday off. SPECIAL DISCOUNTS ARE BEING OFFERED FOR WINTER LETS. Outside: Patio doors lead to a spacious terrace complete with a table and 4 chairs plus 1 sofa and 2 matching chairs plus a glass top coffee table. It has a large communal swimming pool with a gate leading out and a paddle tennis court on site. Utility Room: Mop and bucket, brooms, iron, ironing board and spare chairs for either of the terraces Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included Other: The terrace gates lead to pool area so these can be closed should you want to keep the little ones away from the pool. 2 of the bedrooms have their own private terrace. Portable beds for outside are kept underneath downstairs beds

Excellent Holiday!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely property and enjoyed it all! We were a family of 6 adults, 3 couples and it was easily spacious enough, with plenty of separate outside space if needed. This meant we could enjoy it as a family all together but also as couples. The house is also very well equipped with great outside furniture and facilities as well as inside. The pool and grounds are gorgeous and very relaxing. It is only a 5 minute walk to the front with all amenities, lovely restaurants and bars, and the beach! The wine shop at the end of the road is also really handy and does loads of lovely and affordable wine, and also the corner shop down the road that takes you to the beach. I would recommend this property for a family or a group of adults! It really is lovely, thank you very much for a great holiday and stay!

Great bungalow and fantastic location

I would highly recommend this great bungalow to anyone wishing to visit Javea. The location is absolutely perfect! You are a 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The outside space is fantastic with the pool a few steps from the garden. The bungalow is clean and very spacious with plenty room to accommodate 6 people.

Arenal beach is lovely and clean with lots going on until the sun goes down. You'll find plenty bars and restaurants and lovely little stalls along the promenade. We liked to take a leisurely walk into the port and stop at one of the many lovely beach bars.

Martin and debbie were a pleasure to deal with, responding promptly to any queries.

First class accommodation & destination

This was our third visit to Javea with friends. The accommodation is first class. Right beside the beautiful pool. Lovely outdoor space, situated to have sunshine from morning to late evening, fabulous. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Excellent location, close to all that Javea has to offer.

Martin and Debbie, the owners, were very easy to deal with and responded promptly to any enquiry made. We will definitely be returning to stay and highly recommend the accommodation and the destination. Roll on our next trip to beautiful Javea.

First class bungalow in excellent location

We stayed in Javea for the first time recently and definitely intend to return. Everything about the bungalow was spot on - location, facilities, cleanliness, the lovely Spanish neighbour, communication with the owners - I could go on & on!

The resort itself was also fab - the white sandy beach, clean blue sea, amazing restaurants along the promenade, very friendly staff in the restaurants and shops. I really can't fault anything about the holiday and can't wait to return and the bungalow will be my first choice of place to stay.

100% recommend.

Walking distance to Arenal (5 mins) and all the pop up beach bars along the Avenida Medditerreaneo. Beautiful beaches.


Valencia- 1 hour 15 mins roughly

Alicante - 1 hour 10 mins roughly

You can hire a car (we use Firefly which are situated at VLC airport) or you can use Beniconnect to get the bus from Alicante which is 25 euros p.p each way


Javea Port - 25 min walk

Javea old town - 40 min walk

Mountain (Montgo) ranges to climb for all you budding climbers

Laguna Go Kart track - 10 min walk

Aqua Park - Benidorm 20 min car drive

Denia - 15 mins car drive (and ferry to Ibiza)

A 20% deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance due 7 weeks before arrival. If your arrival is less than 7 weeks your full payment is required when the booking is made. A security deposit of £200 is required for breakages/damages, this is due with the final payment and will be refunded once the property has been inspected after your departure. Changeover Day:
Saturday is changeover day, although exceptions can be made. There is a min. stay 7 days. Please ensure you depart the property by 11am, arrivals are after 4pm. If you are arriving early/late (i.e b4/after 7) please let us know at the time of booking.
