This beautiful, stylish and spacious villa (approx. 200 sq. mtr on a 650 sq. mtr plot) offers a fabulous place to relax on holiday. The villa consists of 3 spacious and stylish bedrooms and 2 1/2 stunning bathrooms. The kitchen is very spacious as it was extended into the naya area and was fitted to the highest standard as the owner and family are very keen on cooking. The large and extremely stylish lounge, diner is beautiful as well as comfortable. The furniture was hand picked by the owner whose home this was for the past 10 years. The quality is far superior to most rental villas. The lounger benefits from air conditioning, a flat screen TV, with UK channels, dvd player and of course the all important wifi. The views from the lounge stretch over the garden, the pool area to the Mediterranean sea beyond. The kitchen has been extended into the covered naya, therefore offering an amazing size kitchen with large breakfast bar or work station. The villa has stunning views to the countryside and the Mediterranean sea beyond. There are 3 bedrooms on 2 levels of this spacious villa. The master bedroom (king size bed) with patio doors leading to a terrace is on the upper level and benefits from the amazing views. The bedroom is spacious, has lots of storage and the all important air conditioning to ensure a good nights sleep. The en suite is amazing with large walk in shower, vanity unit with stone sink and toilet with bidet. It has been recently refurbished and is spacious and stylish. Approx. 8 steps down from the master bedroom there are 2 further bedrooms, one is a spacious bedroom with storage, air conditioning, one window over looking the front of the house the other to the side of the villa. The bed is a super king size bed and the furniture is stylish and excellent quality, its a beautiful bedroom. Next to this room you will find a bunk bed room perfect for kids, this over looks the front of the villa. All the bedrooms have rejas (traditional bars), percianas and fly screens. The bunk room does not have air con but with the rejas, the window can be left open for air flow, there is a fan in this room. These tow bedrooms share a further spacious and newly refurbish stunning bathroom with bath and over head shower, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. There is a further bathroom with toilet and vanity unit on the lower level of the villa too. The utility room contains the washing machine and more storage. The spacious kitchen has miele dishwasher, Neff oven & hob and also built in coffee machine. There is a freestanding large fridge freezer, plus a further large fridge. The patio doors from the dining kitchen lead to the beautiful garden, with its mature fruit trees and palm trees. There are so many places in which to dine in the stunning garden. To the side of the kitchen you will find a outside dining area with an outside kitchen and BBQ area. To the other side of the villa there is again more dining and down a couple of steps you will find a relaxing area to chill during the day. A couple of steps down from here you will fine the beautiful 8 x 4 mtr private swimming pool c/w sun loungers. Sat beside the pool is a 4 man jacuzzi so if you book early season and the pool is a little cool for you, you can still enjoy sitting in the hot jacuzzi....perfect place to chill with the stunning views to the sea. The villa is located on a quiet residential area close to the coastal resort of Denia and Javea being around 10 to 15 minutes by car to each location. Here you will find a massive selection of excellent restaurants to suit all pockets. There are several excellent restaurants in the local villages Gata de Gorgos and Pedreguer. Although a car is essential there are restaurants a short drive away. The cosmopolitan resorts of Javea with its selection of sandy and pebble beaches are easily accessible (within 10 to 15 minutes by car) and there are so many restaurants to enjoy as well as some very stylish shops to browse around. The Arenal beach is very popular with families. The coastal resort of Denia is reached again in 10 to 15 minutes in the opposite direction. The main tree lined pedestrian street of Marques del Campo in my opinion rivals the Shambles in Barcelona. It is smaller but far less commercialized. It has a wide selection of shops, bars and some great restaurants where you can dine al fresco style while people watching. El Marina de Denia is a great place to visit again there are some great restaurants, and not at all as expensive as you might think, for such a fabulous marina. Here you can sit and enjoy a glass of your favorite tipple or a beautiful mean over looking some fantastic yachts bobbing around on the med. This is a truly beautiful area to visit, there is so much to see and to do and it is such a relaxed atmosphere and very family orientated. If you want a stunning villa where you can relax and enjoy a great view in a peaceful location, hen this is perfect for you. Don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself, you wont regret it.

My name is Michelle Etheridge I am the property manager of this beautiful villa along with other villas in this area. I will respond to your email as quickly as I possibly can, often within an hour. My husband Steve, myself, Pete (the pool cleaner) and a small team of ladies work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.

The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a phone call away or an email as all of our villas have wifi. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.

Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 13 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster, Steve is 57 and Michelle 50. We bought our first villa in the year 2000 as a retirement investment. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area. We have a small team of cleaners and tradesmen so there is always someone on hand in case of any problems. Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our properties are furnished and cleaned to a high standard.

The villa was bought off plan by the owners 13 years ago and was the family home for the past 12 years. It was rented in 2015 for the first time.

The villa is located in a peaceful residential area, with easy access to the busier coastal resorts of Javea, Denia & Moraira. Making it the perfect location to relax by your own pool while enjoying the beautiful view in the peaceful location. However, if you fancy a trip into Denia or Javea you can be there in approx, 10 minutes by car. Moraira around 30 minutes.

It is easy to get to from both Alicante and Valencia airports down the AP7, instructions are given.

What makes this villa unique


Although, when it was bought it was a new house, the owner changed all the bathrooms making them modern and stunning bathrooms. The naya area was glazed and the kitchen was extended into it, making a large stunning, well equipped kitchen any homeowner would be proud of and love.

The lounge is spacious and stylish.

The garden was landscaped and offers mature palms, fruit trees and lots of areas to dine, laze by the pool and hot tub, BBQ on the purpose built outside kitchen with fridge.

The view is stunning and this villa has everything you could wish for, for a peaceful relaxing holiday in the sunshine.

We have just returned from what can only be described as a 10 out of 10, 5 star luxury stay at Casa Jacqueline. We were honoured to be the very first guests in this holiday rental and the management team have thought of absolutely everything! We holiday annually together as friends (2 couples) and always enjoy the finer details of staying in exclusive villas and this by far exceeded our expectations. The view from the terraces and the master suite was stunning. The pool was a great size and extremely refreshing in the 30+degree heat we experienced and then in the evening when the sun went down the hot tub was a welcomed addition to the stay! Huge amount of choice in outdoor seating and dining areas (4 sets of tables and chairs outside alone) plus 2 sun lounger terraces, a fire pit, fantastic BBQ area - all of which got sun and shade at various points of the day, so if you have pale Scottish skin like us this was very welcoming! The facilities inside the house matched the quality of those outside as well, mod cons, TV and sound system (the boys even found sky sports for the Champions League one evening), decent wifi, air con in the main bedrooms, 2 fridges, fantastic selection of glasswear, crockery, towels, linen....you name it. All in all we were very happy and are genuinely looking to book next year. Thank you to Michelle and Steve for providing this villa.

Notes on accommodation: This accommodation is of the highest quality. The private garden with pool, jacuzzi and stunning views are a real bonus. The kitchen & all bathrooms are stunning. The lounge & bedrooms are spacious and also furnished to a high standard. it truly is a beautiful villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday and any holiday maker would love it. Outside: The beautiful 8m x 4m private pool is surrounded by terracing and outside lighting for those all important evenings dining al fresco, the Roman steps mean its easy to get in and out of the pool. There is a 4 man jacuzzi situated by the pool. There is a pool light to allow guests to enjoy the pool into the evening. Due to the position of the pool it is not overlooked and is therefore relatively private, Pool & Jacuzzi both with fabulous views. 6 sun loungers are provided for that all important relaxation. There are several areas to dine and relax around this beautiful garden. The Spanish style BBQ area is situated at the side of the house. There is a awning over the dining area to protect from the heat of the sun. There is plenty of terracing around the villa on which to sit, relax and unwind in peace. The pool & jacuzzi are cleaned by the property managers and is therefore always maintained in perfect condition. Utility Room: Washing machine and ironing facilities are provided. Plus pool towels for your use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All quality towels and linen are provided, including pool towels. Linen is changed weekly and bathrooms are cleaned at the end of the week (if holiday is for 2 weeks or more). Other: Extras provided: jacuzzi, air-con, wifi, outside kitchen, BBQ, sun loungers.
