About Stig VonBahr

We, the owners, are Swedish but live in Madrid/Spain since 1980. We use this house as a secondary residence as often as possible, but also spend lately more and more time in Sweden with our children and grandchildren. Thus the idea to let it out for certain periods of time.

Why Stig VonBahr chose Marbella area

We (actually my wife) inherited this property from her parents in 2006 and we then carried through an extensive restoration of it. Installing a pool and redesigning the whole garden, plus totally redoing the interior with new tile floors all over.

What makes this house unique

Total privacy as the property is all closed in by walls.

Well located, near to shops, restaurants etc. Terrace and pool área are also very well protected from sometimes quite strong winds (more in the springtime though).

Choice of beaches within 5 min. drive. Good Sandy beaches with their "chiringuitos" for tapas and drinks.

Travel:

Malaga International Airport is 35 minutes away by car. There is also a direct express bus from Malaga Busstation.

Distances:

3-4 km to nearest village - San Pedro - with open market Thursdays and also Nueva Andalucia (5 km) with market Saturdays.

Further Details:

Local shopping centre within 5 min. walk has supermarket, pharmacy and banks (e.g. Barclays) and several restaurants and tapas bars.

Booking Notes:
50% deposit upon reservation and the rest 30 days before arrival. We also rquire a GBP 500 deposit for posible breakage etc to be returned 2 weeks after final departure inspection.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is normally Saturdays - out by 10 am and in after 4 pm - but we will try to be flexible. Just let us know your dates and we will come back to you. We wish to have a mínimum stay of 2 weeks, but there again we are flexible. Please enquire.

Also available for pool is a secure fence around it (Baby Safe) if you have small children. Barbecue available Utility Room: Separate utility room in basement with washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning, towels, linen and beach towels done/exchanged every week - included in price. Only addition is final cleaning of 150€, payable before departure.
