3 Bedroom holiday let, sleeping 6. Situated on the A30 close to St Earth train station, and 5 minute drive to a number of beaches. Linen and towels supplied. Parking for one vehicle. WiFi available. Penzance 10 mins,St Ives 10 mins,sennan cove 20 mins,all excellent surfing beachs with lifeguards .relax at our purpose built holiday home,where you access all of cornwall and its 250 miles of coastline and over 150 beaches! There is a restaurant / pub opposite that serves excellent meals and outdoor beer garden,there are Chinese ,Indian,Thai restaurants in hayle ,loads of bars with live music and beer festivals ,so plenty to do at night after a hard day on the beach.we do have wi fi and a play station with games for the kids,board games books and guides for your use.we have beach apparel windbreaks and surfboards for your use.there is the st Ives train that is 2 mins walk from our front door that drops you off at porthminster beach and runs every 20 mins on the most stunning scenic journey in cornwall! All in all a great place to base your stay in Cornwall within close proximity to all locations and leave the car and take the bus( bus stop 20 yards away) or the train to truro ,penzance St Ives.Cornwall has loads to see and lots of ancient places to visit ,beautiful beaches and stunning scenery so don't delay and book early to avoid disappointment as last year we were booked out by June . Happy days at sunset .

Notes on accommodation: We manage our holiday home so that visitors can get value for money with A one to one point of sale with us ,no extra costs incure ,we live next door so any issues we deal with straight away. Outside: a stunning balcony over 50 square meters of decking looking out to trencrom ( excellent high place to view as far as padstow and the lizard peninsula ) seating and table for outside meals etc Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen Included and free of charge,all brand new and high quality cotton Other: All rooms have stunning views of countryside and woods.

Brilliant, homely, clean, friendly owner

Although unfortunately we only stayed here for a Short time! Two nights, we were really impressed with everything this property had to offer, very homely, cosy, making it perfect if your wanting to spend a couple of nights relaxing indoors, made to feel right at home.

Comfiest beds I've ever slept in (would trade for my own) very high quality, clean crisp bedding and excellent duvets! Slept like a log even though I was in the single bed I had a brilliant nights sleep!

Lovely terrace out side perfect for relaxing and admiring the view over Cornwall or enjoying your morning coffee!

Couple of minutes walk from the very reasonably priced and reliable train which then takes you 10 minutes down the track and into the centre of Saint Ives!

We will be looking at hopefully returning here early next year and will definately be staying here again! :-)

Lovely property. Perfect base for St Ives, Truro

Really helpful owner good communication before our arrival. Property was immaculate and perfect for us (3 adults and a 9 year old). It is situated on a busy road, but that didn't bother us at all - less than 5 mins walk to train station and extremely easy to get into St Ives, Truro etc. without the hassle of parking. Will definitely return.

There are some of the most beautiful beaches in the uk 5 mins from our front door,hayle is 3 miles of golden sand ,carbis bay is a blue flag beach all with lifeguards and surfboard hire.Sennan cove,Porthmeor St Ives and porthcurno are all stunning beaches and are all 20 mins away .amazing fishing at all these locations,and well known locally as the best surfing beaches in the country ,all of these beaches have crystal clear blue water and in the summer months have lifeguarded areas between flags


newquay airport40 mins away,lands end airport 25 mins away,take a plane to the Scilliy iles for the day !


hayle is two mins away with loads to see and do ,penzance is 10 mins with ferry to the Scillies islands ,ST Ives is 10 mins away with all its galleries and shops and stalls .newquay is 30 mins away.Tate modern gallery is at Porthmeor beach st Ives,there is the Minack open theatre at porthcurno which is set on the side of the cliff with stunning views,Lands end attraction is also 20 mins drive away,there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Local Supermarket 2 Miles Away, Restaurant Over Road, Garage 2 Minute Walk,a brand new ASDA is now open in hayle ,and a brand new sainsbury in Penzance .hayle has plenty to do with its bird of paradise attraction ,go carts at jeepers,there is a cinema in St Ives and penzance,Hall for cornwall theatre at truro ,there is a fun day out at Hollywell bay Newquay where ther is rides for everyone ! .There are several cider farms close by that offer excellent days out drinking the best cider in the country,Jamie Oliver's 15 restaurant ,Rick steins seafood restaurant are both just 30 mins away but you must book these as they get busy. As sunset is positioned on the A30 every where is very easily accessed ,get up early watch the sun rise on the beach and watch it set over St Ives with a glass of wine on our balcony ! There is loads to do locally you could go to the St Michaels Mount island ,walk there when the tide drops across the causeway and catch the boat back after a cream tea! Cornwall has some ancient sites some dating thousands of years bc ,lots to explore ,old tin mines are local attractions too.TheHeartlands attraction is brand new and close by at Camborne which showcases all that cornwall is and was in the old days,working walk in amphitheatre ,and an outdoor play area for a picnic and watch the kids play for hours and it's all FREE !! Great day out costing nothing. There is a gold mine attraction close by in Camborne so bring your spending money! You could go to flam bards which is another outdoor atraction near helston or DairyWorld with loads of farmyard animals ,have a go at feeding the lambs! There is also a working farm close by called Travaskis where you can pick your own fruit and loads of animals to go and see ,and a very popular restaurant and bar .There is so much to do locally ,we like to bbq down the beach in the evening and catch the sunset with another glass of cider maybe watch the kids play and unwind to the sound of the waves breaking.
