This apartment is situated in one of the most exquisite marinas in the Canary Islands. It is situated on the first floor and has 2 large bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking the marina. The apartment sleeps 4 persons very comfortably, including air conditioning in the living and bedrooms areas and has just been total refurbished to a very high standard. It has a large open plan Lounge/dinner, which opens onto a very large south facing private balcony for those client who love to relax and watch the sun rise and set. The Marina has a very large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and access to many of the attraction who operate in the marina such as Submarine Safaris and Catlanza. Notes on accommodation: This apartment is on the first floor and access is by stairs only. Utility Room: Washing machine and iron/iron board plus dry area with access to the outside. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedding and towels are changed weekly. If you require a daily cleaning service this can be arranged at a additional charge. Other: A large open Balcony over looking the Marine. Great for morning breakfast and for those sun worshippers, as the balcony is south facing and is blessed with the sun through out the whole day

Calero on your doorstep

The apt was exactly as per the photos , very clean , bright and modern .

Paul supplied a substantial welcome pack which was very thoughtful.

The apt is so convenient for shops , restaurants and watching the world go bye .

The apt gets the sun all day so chilling on the balcony is not a problem.

All the restaurants are very good but would mention the Harbour Club , Faz's and Margeritas as our favourites. A special mention for the Upper Deck Bar , great atmosphere , food and drinks , Andrea and Antonio are great hosts .

Wonderful central location

Beautiful view of the marina from the apartment which was extremely convenient for everything at Puerto Calero and for coast paths to Puerto del Carmen and Quemada. Apartment spacious and clean and equiped with all essentials. We loved it! Only downside for some might be fact second bedroom has no external window- not a problem for us though.

The second bedroom has a window into a court yard, but not directly outside. The walks along the coastal paths are very nice and there are some nice restaurants in Playa Quemada. Best Regards Paul

Excellent apartment in great location

Apartment exactly as advertised ,very comfortable , well furnished and equipped. Sun terrace was very good for breakfast and drinks, always in the sun. The retractable awnings were particularly useful mid day when sun was too hot. Very quiet surroundings excellent for a good nights sleep. We hired a car from next door office , good car and very inexpensive. We collected from Puerto Calero and dropped off at the airport, saving a taxi fare. Parking and access to main roads were straight forward. The facilities in Puerto Calero were very good. Large selection of very good restaurants , we particularly liked the Azure. Supermarket was excellent stocking all or needs, great warm bread in the mornings. We were on a walking holiday and walked throughout Lanzerote. The short coastal walks to Porto del Carmen and Playa Quemada are very good and easy.

Superb apartment, great location.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time staying in this lovely apartment. Clean and comfortable with great views and an excellent choice of restaurants close by. We really appreciated the food & drink waiting for us on our arrival, a really thoughtful touch. We don't usually holiday in the same place twice but our experience here could change our minds!

this apartment was just ideal

lovely clean spacious apartment in the perfect location

fortunately we had no problems but with the owner on site we felt any issues would have been dealt with.

Excellent accomodation and location

We stayed for a month again this November and would highly recommend Paul's apartment and the location.The apartment is as you see it online, spacious, very clean and with all the facilities you need for a short or long term stay. This includes the availability of all the TV channels you might require, including SKY and BT Sports.Within 100 yards are shops, bars and restaurants, all you need to enjoy your stay.Puerto Calero is the nicest location we have stayed at in Lanzarote and my wife and I really like it. Paul and his staff are very helpful and make you feel at home.
