This apartment is situated in one of the most exquisite marinas in the Canary Islands. It is situated on the first floor and has 2 large bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking the marina. The apartment sleeps 4 persons very comfortably, including air conditioning in the living and bedrooms areas and has just been total refurbished to a very high standard. It has a large open plan Lounge/dinner, which opens onto a very large south facing private balcony for those client who love to relax and watch the sun rise and set. The Marina has a very large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and access to many of the attraction who operate in the marina such as Submarine Safaris and Catlanza. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard, including TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing facilities etc. Perfect for short and long stays where you can enjoy the comforts only Puerto Calero can offer you.

A comfortable well located 1st floor apartment

It is a spacious, well equipped apartment conveniently located overlooking the marina and close to fine restaurants, bars and shops. We didn't need to call upon the services of Paul the owner apart from introduction at the beginning of our stay, but I'm sure we would have been promptly looked after had we done. It was nice to enjoy the welcome bottle of wine, cold beer and initial food basics provided by Paul for our arrival. There is a small supermarket almost next door that has pretty much anything else you need. A lovely break - Charlie and Marie

Great property

A lovely holiday in this apartment. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Welcome pack was a very thoughtful gesture. Fantastic location to restaurants....La Portena is a must visit. Paul was a very helpful host. Excellent Spar steps away with great bread in the mornings.

GREAT APARTMENT!

Just spent a week in this lovely apartment, very well presented with comfortable furniture in all areas. the bathroom and kitchen were spotless and the welcome pack was extremely appreciated.

Puerto Calero is a beautiful little marina with a mixture of bars, restaurants, cafes a well equipped supermarket and a chemist......the apartment is situated right in the centre of all this but still very peaceful and relaxed. Thank you Paul and staff for all of your assistance, we will definitely be back!!

Great apartment in great location

Modern apartment with a seafront, marina location that cant be beat. Couple of steps to the Supermarket, restaurants and everything else Calero has to offer. Yet, noise free! Great host with the added bonus of a welcome pack to start you off. We had a great stay and will be back

Fantastic Apartment

Fantastic apartment in beautiful setting overlooking the Marina. Exceptionally clean and well maintained with lots of added extras in fridge. Quite location but everything on doorstep. We loved the restaurant in the white colonial house and the Buda where we had our cocktails. Will definitely be returning. Paul the owner was a great host.
