Apartment renovated in 2014 with a large bedroom with private ensuite, a twin beded second room with a separated bathroom. Perfect location in the city center at 100 meters from the beach, very close to shops, restaurants and bars to go out and enjoy your stay. Puerto Pollensa is situated near the golf of Alcudia and Pollensa, a multitude of excursions in the sierra Tramuntana and all the water sports can be practiced.

Excellent spacious,well equipped apartment and great location.

Puerto de Pallenca is a beautiful location, due to the view of the mountains from the beach, fabulous restaurants and access to amazing places and cycle routes.

We hired a car with our stay being early in the season;mid April, yet the weather was perfect (20 to 24 degrees day time), warmer than we had anticipated.

It was great to visit Lluc monastery, the old town in Pollenca, Alcudia and Formentor lighthouse. We also enjoyed a very local hike to Cala Boquer, found in "The Rough Guide", through the valley.

Palma is worth a day trip, stunning architecture, amazing cathedral and great shops and Soller is situated in a bowl of mountains, lovely cafes and market in the square.

We were thrilled with the apartment as it was great to sit out on the balcony to eat and fillled with tasteful furniture.

Our sons were able to share a room and we were pleased we had an ensuite as well as their bathroom,with powerful showers.

They did some amazing, challenging cycling routes around the island and recommend the "camis", small back roads.

The spa shop is next door and handy as well as the efficient pro am bike hire around the corner.

We did have to adjust to apartment and town living, i.e. Some noise from neighbours and local bins being emptied and roads swept early in a morning!

The owner was very responsive and helpful replying to our emails, and we had access to a local lady who looks after this comfortable apartment.

We hope to return in the future as Mallorca has so much to offer and staying here was a pleasure.

Lovely Apartment, Perfectly Placed

The review below, from Joan R, says everything I would say! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, gets a good amount of sun and has everything we needed for a lovely holiday.

With the exception of the noisy, but short, local recycling/rubbish collection and street cleaning (which you will get with any apartment in the town centre) the area was quiet. There is a slow but steady stream of people walking around in the evening, and kids play in the playground opposite, but none of that was noisy.

The apartment block has a small lift which made getting our cases in to the apartment much easier. There are around 6 steps to get up to the lift.

With the combination of the Spar and the Hiper China across the road you will find everything you need for your stay (do go and marvel at everything on sale in Hiper China - If they don't have it, you probably don't need it!).

The buses, taxis and restaurants are all within walking distance from the apartment, with Multi-Hire just around the corner if you need to rent a bike, mobility aids, kids equipment or store your cases.

Communication from Annick was excellent with clear instructions provided on how to access the apartment.

If you enjoy walking we did a walk to a beach (Cala Bóquer) which you can only get to by walking through the mountains or by sea; you will need a sturdy set of walking boots or trainers (no beach shoes) and it's 40-45 minutes each way but the views are gorgeous. To find the start, go left out of the apartment, walk across one block to Tangos and turn left again. Walk up to the main road, cross over and you'll see an information board on the left which shows the route. As you walk up the hill you'll see a big gate blocking the path, but there is a pedestrian gate built-in which is not locked.

There is also a walk which takes you around to Cala de Sant Vincenç. We didn't have time to do this one, but you can get a route from Google Maps. If you can't/don't want to walk this one there is a cheap bus service which goes there or a taxi will cost around 14€ each way. You may need to ring for a taxi to get home again, but there is a number on the board by the taxi sign in the carpark by Cala Molins. The taxi drivers speak English if your Spanish isn't so good! Watch out for using taxis on a Saturday as this is airport transfer day and they are hard to find if not pre-booked.

All-in-all a great holiday and lovely apartment.

Excellent location

Excellent location, 100m from beach and 100m from main square.

Lovely clean and tidy apartment with all amenities close by.

We had an early flight arriving at the apartment at 12 noon and the owner (Annick) arranged for the maid to have the apartment ready earlier than usual (3pm) so that was a nice touch. Would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Superb apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Everything you could ask for was supplied, well almost (a hairdryer) would have been good, although was able to hire one from around the corner. Spotlessly clean and very fresh decor. No hesitation in recommending this apartment and we are hopefully looking forward to going back.

Excellent apartment in a quiet but central locatio

We liked the look of this apartment as soon as we saw the photos on Owners Direct and it came up to our expectations in every way. The apartment is on the second floor but there is a lift from the entrance hallway. There are about three steps from the street to the entrance door of the apartments so perhaps not ideal for the wheelchair-bound.

There is a Spar on the corner for convenience and bigger supermarkets a little further away. 100m to the beach and similar distance to the market square

We arrived on an early flight and we were a bit concerned that we would have to drag our luggage around until we could access the apartment at 3.30pm. However I found a website for Multi-Hire which, as luck has it is just around the corner from the apartment. As well as hiring out almost anything you can think of, they will store your luggage for 5 Euros per suitcase.

My husband and I were holidaying with my mother so it was great to have an ensuite bathroom with shower for ourselves and another separate shower room with WC and sink for Mum to use. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped throughout. Lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses utensils and cooking equipment with a full size dishwasher too. Although we had taken our own supply were pleasantly surprised to find that there were some household cleaners, dishwashing tablets etc in the cupboards. There was a fridge-freezer of course and a washing machine in a utility cupboard off the balcony which also houses the air-conditioning fans. There is a fold away laundry screen too There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the main living space which are modern and efficient with a 'quiet' option for overnight use when it is really warm.

The balcony is a good size with a large table and six chairs. The sun shines on the balcony for most of the day but moves to the back of the building in the late afternoon which is great because the bedrooms and living space cool down nicely at the end of the day.

The seating area is very comfortable and the big arching standard lamp provides plenty of light for reading or doing the crossword.

We always had our breakfast in the apartment and in the evening we either dined at one of the plethora of excellent restaurants nearby or picked up a takeaway feast from the superb Al Fresco deli which is less than 50 metres from the apartment.

Communication from the owner (Annick) was superb and I recommend apartment 100%
