About Tobia James Titani

We have lived here for 14 fantastic years with my wife and four children.This is our family home and the house has served us perfectly for the upbringing of the children they absolutely love the area. We are moving to a larger property and have decided to let others enjoy the benefits of the house. We own a successful Interior design company located in San Pedro,so we have lots of knowledge of the area and of places to go,so we can be very helpful to our guests, as we live only 5 minutes away.

I met my wife and fell in love and love the area too, so i sold up in England and moved here .we love the location because it is a perfect area for our children and it is so close to where everything is happening ,beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants.

Fantastic villa, great location perfect for big groups. Toby couldn't have been more helpful!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in October half term. We were a group of 10 on a Hen Do and the villa was very spacious and comfortable for us all. The location was perfect - quiet enough but very close to the beach and Puerto Banus centre (only €6 in a taxi)

The villa has everything you could need for your stay - the bedrooms are a great size, bathrooms are lovely and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the sunshine.

Toby was very helpful during our stay, helping with taxis, recommendations for places to eat and drink, and anything else we needed.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Puerto Banus and will be recommending the villa to anybody that does.

What a little gem

AMAZING!!! 11 of us aged between 23 and 37 have just got back from a 6 night stay. We booked a year ago and Toby has been amazing since then. We all had so many questions and he got back to me within minutes everytime, nothing was ever too much trouble. The house itself is unreal, incredible decor, a great size, awesome location and has everything you need. There is a little shop just round the corner and Toby took us to a big supermarket when we arrived to do our big weekly shop (which is soooo cheap) although he did stock the fridge up for us with wine, beer and water on arrival-how nice is that? ☺

The house is a 15/20 minute walk to the main puerto Banus harbour which is a lovely stroll during the day if wearing flats, or a 7 euro taxi which we used when us girls got the high heels out in the evening!

Overal this place is a perfect mix for those who want to party and chill out. It is close enough to the nightlife and restaurants yet far enough away you won't get distrubed by those out until the crack of dawn!

Thanks again Toby- we WILL be back!

Very impressive!

Booked this accommodation for my sisters hen weekend, group of 10 girls. From the moment we booked it, back in January, Toby couldn't have been more helpful!

Toby was happy to give advice and recommendations and even had bubbly in the fridge for our arrival!

Toby was also at hand if we needed him, and always quick to answer any questions!

The house itself is stunning and is a short walk to the beach and/or bars. We took taxis, but these were only around €7 - very reasonable!

We will deffo be booking to return!

Hen weekend from Brighton :-)

We booked this Villa for a group of 10 girls and from the moment we arrived we were all completely blown away by it. Its a beautiful place to stay, with lovely modern décor, all mod cons and was absolutely perfect for the weekend we had planned. Toby went above and beyond to make our stay as trouble free as possible, from meeting us at the Villa and showing us round, to taking a us to the local supermarket and helping with our food shop, he even pre-stocked the fridge with some bubbles and strawberries! Couldn't ask for more from a host - highly recommend this venue. we are already looked at when we can come back!
