About Tobia James Titani

We have lived here for 14 fantastic years with my wife and four children.This is our family home and the house has served us perfectly for the upbringing of the children they absolutely love the area. We are moving to a larger property and have decided to let others enjoy the benefits of the house. We own a successful Interior design company located in San Pedro,so we have lots of knowledge of the area and of places to go,so we can be very helpful to our guests, as we live only 5 minutes away.

Notes on accommodation: 20% Deposit paid by Bank transfer to secure booking. Balance and security deposit payable 4 weeks prior to occupation. Security deposit, to cover breakages or damage, £500 per rental period. This will be refunded at the end of your vacation. Outside: The property has a lovely patio with a gas barbecue and designer furniture including a diner table and a chilled out area with comfortable chairs and coffee table to make the perfect location for family meals and evening refreshments. There is a secure and walled well maintained garden perfect and very safe for children with a plunge pool that is shared with 4 other town houses.There are 4 terraces,one with a jacuzzi and another with a bar and sea views of the Rock of Gibralter and Africa Utility Room: The washing machine and tumble drier are on the topfloor near the roof terrace for easy access to the terrace Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property comes supplied with luxurious towels and bed linen. To be changed once a week. If you do require extra changes it can be arranged at an extra cost. The property will be cleaned twice a week, one mid week clean and a end of week deep clean Other: Garage with bicycles for you to use

Great central house for Puerto Banus stay.

Had my hen do in September and 8 girls stayed comfortably in house. It’s in a perfect location to Puerto Banus €10.00 in a taxi and 10 minute walk to the beach. Toby is a great host nothing is too much trouble, he’s happy to book taxis when we couldn’t get through and take you shopping when we ran out of prosecco!!

I couldn’t recommend the house highly enough and Toby is amazing at helping you all feel welcomed. Perfect hen do location.

Fantastic apartment, finished to a very high standard and very well equipt for a group of girls

Location and property itself were amazing, lovely outdoor seating area with BBQ and hot tub on roof terrace.

Toby was a fantastic host, available to answer all our questions before and during our stay. He even got us bottles of prosecco chilling in the fridge ready for our arrival! Facilities were great and just a short walk into Puerto banus.

Will definitely be making a return visit to this property.

Can't thank toby enough for making our stay stress free and very enjoyable

Great house, great location! (Only 6 Euros to the Marina!)

Toby helped us with everything from airport transfers to supermarket trips and even left us welcoming gift of wine!!

Plenty of space and was very accommodating for a group of 10 girls!

We had a great time.

Hope to return next year!

Beautiful house in quiet and tranquil location

Booked for 4 nights with 5 friends for a 50th birthday celebration mid May. Toby was fantastically helpful and answered every (sometimes random) query immediately. House had superb sound system and lighting, bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous and very well equipped kitchen made dining in and cooking a breeze. Taxis were 6 Euros down to the port but it's easily walkable along Mistral Beach, takes about half an hour at a slow amble. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our only observation would be that parts of the house and furnishings may need a little TLC. Would definitely recommend.

Situated 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of either Puerto Banus or San Pedro, with watersports and numerous beach bars and restaurants. It is now possible to walk or cycle along the beach promenade into Marbella which is approximately 4 Km´s away(the whole promenade is approx:20 km long with beautiful views). The marina of Puerto Banus is the ideal place for celebrity spotting and dining out.And San Pedro has a beautiful new Boulevard perfect for children with many playgrounds.


Malaga Airport 40 Km is a mere 40 minutes drive away. Gibraltar Airport 67 Km is 50 minutes drive. It is recommended to rent a car to visit the beautiful area. But not essential as there is a convenient bus service from Malaga airport to Marbella town and it can be arranged for us to pick you up from there. The beaches and towns of San Pedro and Puerto Banus and the area of La Campana are all within a very short walking distance.


Marbella: 5 Minutes drive. Puerto Banus 3 Minute drive. San Pedro 2 minutes drive.There Are Famous Golf Courses At Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta. All are within a few minutes drive from the property. The small villages in the hills and mountains are worth a visit for example Benahavis 10KM. Mijas 31Km, Coin 44 Km, Ronda 52 Km, and the skiing resort of Sierra Nevada is a 2 and half hour drive.
