Casa do Campo is a spacious, comfortably furnished 4 bedroom villa with its own private swimming situated in a secure, peaceful location amidst an orchard of citrus trees. Access is through remote controlled gates. There is a tennis court on site shared with one other villa. Within easy walking distance there is a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops and even a bank. Nearest towns include Guia, Armacao de Pera and Albufeira.The nearest beach is around a mile away.

Coast/Beach:

Casa do Campo is situated less than a mile from one of the longest beaches in the Algarve (Gale). In addition there is choice of smaller more intimate coves surrounded by beautiful rock formations (Castelo, S. Rafael and Evaristo) also nearby (2 to 3 miles).

Travel:

Car hire is essential in order to enjoy your holiday to the full. Faro is the nearest airport (around 20 miles away)

Distances:

Guia (2miles) is the nearest village and it has a great choice of restaurants. It is better known for beeing the place where chicken piri-piri originated from and it still retains a lot of its character. Albufeira (at 5 miles away) is the nearest town famous for its old quarter and these days its nightlife. It offers a great choice of restaurants, bars and shopping options.

There is a wide choice of amenities within easy reach from Casa do Campo. Cabanita's bar is 150 yards up the road. Nearby, all within easy walking distance there is a good choice of restaurants together with variety of small shops for your everyday needs. Near Guia there is a modern shopping centre with dozens of shops of all kinds as well as an impressive array of restaurants catering for the most demanding tastes. Near Albufeira you will find the marina where boat rides or fishing trips can be easily organised. Water sports are widely available on selected beaches in the area.

Changeover Day:
The preferred changeover day is Saturday. However there is degree of flexibility outside peak season.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa is built on one level and has a split level ground floor. There are patio doors providing access to a an ample shaded terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool (5x10m). There is also a purpose built barbecue Outside: Casa do Campo is situated in a peaceful location within a large private property comprising one other villa (around 150 m away) an orchard of fragrant citrus trees and a tennis court shared between the two villas. It is accessed through remote controlled gates and it offers a high level of privacy and security. There is a private swimming pool (5x10m) surrounded by well tended, mostly lawned gardens. In addition there is an outside shower, a purpose built barbecue and an ample supply of outside furniture Utility Room: The washing machine is kept in a separate outside utility room Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included (except beach towels). Cleaning takes place three times a week. Linen is changed once a week and towels twice a week.
