This modern style single storey annexe is beautifully located in a quiet countryside area just a short drive away from the bustling towns of Bournemouth, Poole and Wimborne. Offering accommodation for up to four guests with off road parking and access to local fishing, beautiful countryside walks and there are facilities for guests to bring their horses along with them also - please ask for further details.

Featuring an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, master bedroom with king size bed, bedroom two with twin beds or the option for these to be zipped together as a super king size bed and a shower room with shower cubicle, w/c and wash hand basin. New for 2017 is a conservatory which is accessed from bedroom 2 which then leads onto the rear enclosed private garden.

Off road parking for approximately 2/3 vehicles.

Offered in a beautiful setting with nearby walks, fishing and lakes, this is a perfect base for those wanting to visit our beautiful area.

Pet Fee £30

Booking Notes:
We would require a non refundable deposit of £200 at the time of booking. We then invoice for the outstanding balance 8 weeks prior to the booking. We ask all guests to complete a reservation form and we always acknowledge payments with a booking confirmation/receipt

Changeover Day:
We aim to be flexible, however, we prefer a Saturday changeover in the peak season.

Notes on prices:
Please note that we do ask for a £30 pet supplement per week
Please enquire for short break rates which are usually offered at 70% of the weekly rental.
