About the Owner

I would say I am someone who is mature, candid and believes in integrity. Every day I work to improve myself and my skills—that’s part of becoming better at what I do.

I am 23 years old, was born in Latvia and came to this wonderful island 4 years ago in order to study 'International relations'. I took up on part time basis, the job of short leasing properties, something that I love doing and helps me make some money so I can continue my studies.

I hope that I will be the one to rent you an accommodation here and will have the pleasure to welcome you to Malta.

As the owner I was asked by my rep to answer this question. I would buy such a property because it is situated in the best location on the island, with breathtaking views of Marsamxetto harbour, Manoel island, and Valletta bastions. The area is south facing, thus enjoying direct sunlight most of the day. Today apartments in the area are hard to come by as owners are very reluctant to sell due to the high yearly appreciation of such properties.

Malta has beaches for everyone, from windsurfers to sunbathers. Choose from golden sand, red sand, rocks, blue lagoons and even inland seas. Some beaches and rocky shores are off the beaten track, but worth seeking out for their seclusion. Do not miss a boat trip to Comino's Blue Lagoon for the ultimate in azure water. The Great Siege of Malta in Valletta (Republic Square) is a lively special effects-laden audio-visual exhibition of Malta's romantic history that is designed to appeal to all the family.

Mediterranean Marine Park and Splash & Fun Water Park share a site on the coast road at White Rocks, 8km (5 miles) northwest of Sliema. Both parks are very small though the Marine Park, which features dolphins and seals, does offer the chance to swim with dolphins at a very reasonable price.

    The rates are in Euros per week for a maximum of four people.Electricity, including air conditioning, is free to the value of €50 per week during high season and to the value of €30 per week during the rest of the year. In the event that usage exceeds these amounts, the client have to pay extra cost. Meter readings will be taken upon arrival/departure.

    A 25% deposit is required immediately to secure the booking.

From the private terrace you can enjoy the stunning sunset over the Mediterranean tranquility. The promenade is ideal for walking or jogging. It is a great area to relax and enjoy the great panorama with boats passing by. A short walk away is the night life centre of Malta, with clubs and bars for all. Water sports are available nearby, including water skiing, windsurfing, jet ski and boat rental, plus numerous bathing areas. Some of the best restaurants are situated literally a minute away from this apartment. Tigne point shopping complex (Malta's most exclusive) is just round the corner. Catching the boat to Valletta will take you only 10 minutes to arrive. From the bus stop (which is across the road) you can catch a bus that can take you anywhere you wish to go on the island
