Apartment in Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes, Cornwall, England - A Peaceful Idyllic Location. Literally A Few Minutes Walk To The Sandy Beach

Overlooking the beach -all views are from the actual apartment, including the beach -many properties show the Cove but they are 'down the road' from their actual location. The views are totally uninterrupted, there are no properties in front of the apartment. Up a private 'no-through' road, therefore a very peaceful location -when you awake you will hear the sea with no traffic noise! Private off road parking with space for 10 vehicles. The property is on the coastal path with delightful walks in both directions. We are part of the Heritage Coastline in an area designated 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' with SSSI (special scientific interest) status. There are no street lights so you also get amazing views of the stars.

Hi

I'm Paul Hoare. I live on site in the main house, the apartments are on the ground floor with gardens that overlook Trevaunance Cove with uninterrupted sea views.

I also have an art studio in the property where guests are welcome to view the local artwork, completely without obligation.

We spent an unforgettable week in St Agnes, toured the southern areas of Cornwall. The icing on the cake -the Trevaunance Point Sea Egde appartment. Breathtaking views of the sea. The colours never were the same. Beautiful garden, cozy, peacefull, quiet house. We could not have found better place in search. Very good starting point for various attractions.

Now we have lifetime memories of this holiday.

Coast/Beach:

Trevaunance Cove is literally a few minutes walk down the road, with steps down to the sandy beach or accessed from the Quay. There are two further beaches within an easy walk or short drive.

Travel:

The main train station is in Truro, about 10 miles away, with trains direct to London. We have Newquay airport, 15 miles away, with flights to London and around the UK. There is a bus service to the village, approximately 1/2 mile from the apartment.

Further Details:

Trevaunance Cove, where the property is, has a pub literally just down the road, serving food and also has its own brewery. There is also another licensed cafe overlooking the beach plus cafe serving snack and ice cream. There is a fish and chip shop and art and craft galleries.

St Agnes, just over 1/2 mile up from the apartment, has a good range of local shops including two supermarkets (small), Butchers, Baker, Green grocers, Restaurants, Fish and Chip shop, Florists, Hairdressers and Craft/Gift shops including two pubs serving good food.

Apart from the the very local here are two pubs 1/2 up the road in 'Peterville', on the way to St Agnes.

There is a good music scene, many pubs have live music from Thursday to Sunday.

Changeover Day:
Saturday turnover. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am please.

Pets are welcome at a £40 supplement to allow for the extra cleaning

Please note short breaks are available from November through to Easter only.
Short break prices are calculated on a percentage basis, e.g. 3 nights - 75% (minimum stay), 4 nights – 85%, 5 nights 90% of the full weekly price (6 nights will cost the full weekly price).

Winter fuels supplement:
£35 per week from mid October for week lets, short breaks included

50% on booking balance 6 weeks prior

Trevaunance Point Apartments are literally just a few hundred yards from the sandy beach and a traditional 16c Pub and restaurant. In the Cove there is also a Cafe/restaurant overlooking the beach and a fish and chip shop. The village of St Agnes, about 1/2 mile up the road although small has all the amenities you need, including supermarket, butchers, grocery and bakery, 3 further pubs, restaurants and a gift shop.
