The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower.The other bedroom has twin single beds.Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.There is a further shower room with wc.

The lounge area is large bright and airy with all brand new modern furniture. All rooms have heating/air conditioning units, plus ceiling fans.

The modern kitchen is fully equipt with oven, ceramic hob, mircrowave, washing machine, fridge freezer and coffee machine.

Outside is a large terrace with a covered seating area, not overlooked.

Situated in a quieter area of Nerja just a few minutes' flat walk from town and ten minutes' walk from Burriana Beach, this apartment boasts a secure location with shared pool and gardens. Includes satellite TV (all main English channels), WiFi and air con/heating. It has a large terrace in an elevated position above a quiet road and is not overlooked.

Everything we needed

This is our 7th year visiting Nerja first time staying here and in September. We found the accommodation perfect for our needs. Close enough to the town but not noisy, supermarket few minutes walk away, beach just down the hill, market just up the hill, main bus stop short 15 minute stroll. Apartment had benefit of 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, high quality kitchen with welcome drinks in fridge, comfy lounge furniture with English TV, decent sized patio and terrace with relaxing loungers and chairs. Had the pool most days to ourselves. 7 days far too short so hopefully return with a longer break next time. Highly recommend apartment with good communication from owner. Also recommend Nerja Taxis for first class transfers.

Quiet Holiday

My wife and I booked this apartment for 11 days in June .We have been to Nerja many times so know the area. This apartment is quiet, clean, with a large sunny terrace. It is located in a safe, secure location. There are many facilities as advertised. Linda the owner was very helpful when booking. The area has Hotels Club Nerja and Los Arcos if you do not want to go to town every evening. Town or beach about 15 to 20 mins. from apartment. Two supermarkets nearby with Super Sol the nearest (5 mins). We had a very enjoyable holiday and would go there again.

Well Priced Property in Great Location - Beautiful Area

Villa as advertised. Very quiet in a friendly residential area. Property very clean and well equipped. We booked the villa for a fortnight's holiday during May. Although very well priced, we felt the property was more suited to a couple with a young family, rather than two couples, due to the small twin bedded room and very small shower. Having said that the double en-suite bedroom was a good size with another shower over the bath. Linda (the owner) was easy to contact and was able to help when required.

Nerja has a lively town with lots of atmosphere and plenty of shops, bars and wonderful restaurants offering a variety of good quality food. The villa is within walking distance of the town (approx 20 mins).

Nerja caves are a short distance drive from the villa and well worth a visit.

Extremely comfortable

This apartment is situated in a quiet area of nerja ,everything you need for a comfortable stay

The supermarket is 5 mins away

The town is 10 mins walk away with a large selection of bars a resturants

We would recommend this to all our family &frends we got good service from Linda the owner

And we look forward to return in the near future

A gem of an apartment

Just returned from a ten night stay at this lovely apartment. As others have said, it is well equipped with everything you would need. The owner, Linda, is helpful and knowledgeable and was more than willing to chat on the phone at the time of booking - a real bonus when you want to feel that you are making the right choice for your holiday.

The property was clean and was very easy to find. Another bonus being the large Super Sol supermarket just a five minute walk away.

We would highly recommend the apartment and are looking forward to our next visit which will hopefully be soon.

We love the area for its cosmopolitan white-washed Andalucian ambience, the picturesque town contrasting traditional and modern, its beautiful climate and beaches, the diversity of shopping and dining and its close proximity to Malaga airport and Sierra Nevada's skiing. It has something for everyone!

The property is in a quieter area of Nerja close to the sports centre with plenty of free parking outside whilst at the same time being a 10-15 minute flat walk to the town and ten minutes' walk to Burriana Beach. The apartment is in a gated community of six apartments with a shared pool and gardens. It's a two minute walk from a well-stocked supermarket in a non-hilly location.
