A contemporary modern apartment finished to a very high specification. Ideally placed to explore Mallorca by foot, bike or car. Secure parking and bike storage available. Wi-fi ,Air Con and fully fitted kitchen (microwave, cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine). 4 bedrooms 2 have ensuite bathrooms. Master bedroom has TV. Sitting area has large HDTV with English channels, a DVD Blu Ray player and a selection of DVDs. The apartment has wifi (small fee) and the town provides free WiFi access. Bike and boat hire at marina. Easy public transport as an alternative to car hire. The place is fantastic with a roof top pool and it's own balcony looking down into the square. been to a different restaurant every night, so staying in tonight to watch the huge TV. It is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and marina but i also have the car in the underground car park (complete with secure bike store!) for touring the island..... going up to Soller and Cap Formentor... might not come back.... see you one day soon"

A great time had by all

An Easter Holiday with extended family varying ages. Bunk room especially enjoyed by the younger members of the family. Weather was perfect throughout the week. The apartment is situated right on the square perfect for evenings out and great choice of good quality restaurants for dining out. Perfectly position for walking down pine walk or along he south sandy beach. The apartment is well kept and good quality equipment throughout enhances the stay. Wi fi perfect for the younger family members. Good communication with owners throughout the booking process and during the stay. Can recommend, Puerto Pollens; as we keep coming back and would love to come back to this apartment. Thank you

Lovely property, great location, fantastic area

The apartment was lovely and modern, parking in the basement. All mod cons, everything you could need. Too cold to try out the pool though. Having the WiFi made it easy to find local places to visit and eat. The apartment had everything we could possible need.

We went off season in January and the place was lovely and quiet. The restaurants that were open and recommended by the locals were fantastic. The local Celler La Parra restaurant serves great local food and the food was exceptional, you need to book though, it's frequented by locals and Ex pats. The square, which the flat is just off, which you can view from the balcony, the local market is held here ever Wednesday, it also has a brilliant Italian on it "Casa Villa", does Italian pizza to takeaway. The island is amazing and this area is stunning. The mountains and beaches were just gorgeous.

Definitely recommend this to family and friends and I'm sure we'll be back.

Loads of little supermarkets all within walking distance too.

Well equipped property with your very own underground parking. Great location for beach and shops .

Great location with your own pool and parking.

Kitchen well equipped with nice things like salt and pepper and milk in the fridge.

Bedrooms are all good sizes with comfortable beds.

Overall and great place to stay.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We loved this apartment. It was in a fantastic location right in the centre of the resort, and was comfortable and modern with all the amenities you could need (including underground parking).

We were a party of seven (two families of three, plus Grandma), and the accommodation was a great size for us all.

I also found Mike, the owner, extremely helpful and although we only communicated by email and text everything went extremely smoothly and was very straightforward, including his recommendation of a local taxi firm.

One thing I would add just for information is that you do get a little bit of noise in the front bedroom (overlooking the market square) from the bar opposite. This is not excessive and was always over by midnight, but any lighter sleepers would be better off in the back bedrooms which are very quiet. On the other hand the advantage of this room is direct access to the lovely balcony overlooking the square.

As others mention, there is no Wifi but we did not find this a problem due to free access in nearby bars and restaurants. One of our party also bought a local SIM card to access data from his phone and then used this to provide a "hub" for the rest of us.

All in all a great place and we would not hesitate to come back.

Fantastic apartment

Its a modern 2nd floor apartment, centrally located and very easy access to the beach.

I would give 5 stars only it has no Wi-Fi

Perfect for 2 couples and 4 children /Teenagers

We were very impressed with the apartment - location -very well equipped clean and modern.. The only problem we had was the fact that we were 4 Ladies on a girly w/end and where it is perfect for 2 couples and 4 teenagers/children - camp beds and bunks didn't go down quite so well with us!!! Our fault we should have investigated further. The owner Mike was most helpful from when we were first interested to even texting mid week to see if all ok. I have given 5 stars because it would have been perfect if we had been a different format!
