A contemporary apartment finished to a very high specification. Ideally placed to explore Mallorca by foot, bike or car. Secure parking and bike storage available. Air Con and fully fitted kitchen (microwave, cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine). 4 bedrooms 2 have ensuite bathrooms. Master bedroom has TV. Sitting area has large HDTV with English channels, a DVD Blu Ray player and a selection of DVDs. The apartment has wifi (small fee) and the town provides free WiFi access. Bike and boat hire at marina. Easy public transport as an alternative to car hire. Quote from tourist board "This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horse shoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range"

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We loved this apartment. It was in a fantastic location right in the centre of the resort, and was comfortable and modern with all the amenities you could need (including underground parking).

We were a party of seven (two families of three, plus Grandma), and the accommodation was a great size for us all.

I also found Mike, the owner, extremely helpful and although we only communicated by email and text everything went extremely smoothly and was very straightforward, including his recommendation of a local taxi firm.

One thing I would add just for information is that you do get a little bit of noise in the front bedroom (overlooking the market square) from the bar opposite. This is not excessive and was always over by midnight, but any lighter sleepers would be better off in the back bedrooms which are very quiet. On the other hand the advantage of this room is direct access to the lovely balcony overlooking the square.

As others mention, there is no Wifi but we did not find this a problem due to free access in nearby bars and restaurants. One of our party also bought a local SIM card to access data from his phone and then used this to provide a "hub" for the rest of us.

All in all a great place and we would not hesitate to come back.

Fantastic apartment

Its a modern 2nd floor apartment, centrally located and very easy access to the beach.

I would give 5 stars only it has no Wi-Fi

Perfect for 2 couples and 4 children /Teenagers

We were very impressed with the apartment - location -very well equipped clean and modern.. The only problem we had was the fact that we were 4 Ladies on a girly w/end and where it is perfect for 2 couples and 4 teenagers/children - camp beds and bunks didn't go down quite so well with us!!! Our fault we should have investigated further. The owner Mike was most helpful from when we were first interested to even texting mid week to see if all ok. I have given 5 stars because it would have been perfect if we had been a different format!

Vacation, Vacation, LOCATION!

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the Tango Apartment in peak season this summer. It sleeps up to 8 and would still have felt roomy if we had filled it.

Centrally located just off the main square and only 100yards from the beach, so the best of both worlds.

Well equipped, modern with plenty of hanging space (I have 3 grown up daughters so that was very important).

We didn't use the roof-top pool a lot due to the proximity to the lovely beach but when we did it was always clean with plenty of loungers to use.

Private parking is necessary in Puerta Pollensa so this was a big plus as even the hotels offer none.

Market day is Wednesday and that is a day to avoid using the car as the market is set up around the central square and approach roads to it (which the apartment and car-park entrance is on).

One let down is the lack of Wifi but I'm not going to mark down my rating on that basis as all the bars and restaurants have free wifi and there is a dongle in the apartment that can be used so long as you know where to buy data from (not cheap and don't forget your passport as this is needed to register a SIM card), plus the Apartment has so much going for it that outweighs the lack of wifi.

Would not hesitate to recommend for families and we would definitely return.

An amazing apartment in an amazing location

What a fantastic holiday. We could not have chosen a better location and property to stay in. The modern clean and tastefully decorated apartment is well equipped and a great size. It has four large bedrooms and three immaculate ensuites. When we arrived we parked the car in our private parking bay which was in the basement below the apartments. Really well lit and great to then hop in the private lift only shared by the few other apartments in the block. The apartment itself is really light and airy and has a fantastic kitchen - with everything brand new. The lounge leads straight onto a glass balcony which overlooks the main square in Puerto Pollensa - what a bonus. Whether catching a few Ray's in the morning or having a cheeky wine before going out, a great place to watch the world go by. The front door of the apartments is literally onto the main square where all the best restaurants are. We were spoiled for choice.

The beach is less than 2 minutes walk and in our opinion the best beaches are at this end of PP. Amazing. You must try the restaurant 'Stay'. Really lovely food in the evening and well priced Tapas in the daytime.

There is also a roof top pool that was private for us and a few other rooms within the small apartment block. We hardly saw anyone so it was a great up there with loads of sun beds to use.

Can't recommend this apartment enough. We have already rebooked for next year. The pictures just don't do it justice. A HUGE 5 star
