End Cottage is located just off the B1355 Burnham Market coast road in North West Norfolk. Our holiday home looks out onto rolling countryside and is perfect for families - and the dog can come too! Located on the edge of our farm at Home farm Cranmer, End Cottage is perfect for experiencing North Norfolk’s wide open spaces with golden sandy beaches, cycling on quiet country lanes or sampling some of the best of local pubs and restaurants. It’s also a great place to access North Norfolk’s nature and bird reserves. For a break from nature there is a number of National Trust and privately owned country houses, English Heritage sites, great shopping in Holt, Burnham Market and Norwich and simply the best local food and real ale anywhere. guests have use of our swimming pool and tennis courts located within a 5 minute walk of the cottage.
End cottage sleeps up to 8 plus infants in 4 bedrooms and family bathroom with one bedroom downstairs next door to the 2nd W.C and shower room. The large well-equipped kitchen extends to the dining and living space overlooking the garden and terrace. Outside there is a spacious storage building ideal for storing bikes and sports equipment. We also provide essential free WIFI.
We have lived at Home Farm for fifteen years, during which time we have lovingly restored the former Victorian farm buildings to create a welcoming and family friendly holiday accommodation business. We are generally around and can offer personal advice on the best places to visit and to help out if you are in a muddle.

End cottage is a recent addition to our rural retreat. The property was originally built as part of our farm at Home Farm Cranmer We purchased the farm and relocated to Norfolk when our daughter was small. We absolutely love this part of North Norfolk, with its access to fabulous beaches and unspoilt countryside. We live at the farm and have built up a successful holiday cottage business by converting the original Victorian farm buildings providing first class accommodation and the luxury swimming pool so we have had a lot of experience with self-catering cottages.
End Cottage is ideally located for visiting the attractions,nature reserves, parks and beaches of the North Norfolk Heritage coast. Many visitor attractions and places of interest are within half and hour to an hour of End Cottage making it easy to plan short visits or longer day trips by car. There are wonderful farms shops and great places to eat. The cottage overlooks privately owned farmland and the pool and tennis courts on our main site are available for shared use subject to agreement of terms and conditions.

Booking confirmation is subject to receiving a 35% deposit to confirm booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is by debit or credit card via SagePay online. Notes on prices:
Prices include heating electricity and bedding & towels. One well-behaved dog is charged at £20.00 and use of nearby facilities is charged as an extra agreed by special arrangement and subject to terms and conditions of use.
Deposit payment required at time of booking - 35% of total price. Balance payment required 8 weeks before arrival date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be paid for in full at time of booking. Housekeeping deposit required 1 week before arrival either held against a payment card or by cleared cheque. Deposit is refunded once the property has been checked after departure.
