We are from Inca but always we visited and love Puerto Pollensa. Puerto Pollensa is a picturesque port which strikes a good balance of fun and friendliness, with great beaches, a good variety of restaurants, bars and entertainments that make you very welcome, We constantly hear of many people who come back to Puerto Pollensa year after year. Having now spent a lot of time here, we can understand why. We are sure you will understand as well when you visit this beautiful part of the world.

We really liked this apartment.It even was bigger than we thought.Perfect situation, a supermarket in the street and around the corner everything you are looking for. The apartment itself is quiet.Even if you are coming with 5 persons there is lot of place,also because of the two bathrooms.

Special interest holidays:

January , the festival is famous for San Antonio, which cut a pine tree in the forest and brought to town, offering food and drink typical of the island. During Holy Week is celebrated the "devallament", which is a very ancient procession downstairs emblematic of Pollensa. Also in April is a wine fair island.

During the months of July and August is the music festival with artists very famous.

Perhaps the most emblematic party Pollensa is the battle of Moors and Christians which is celebrated on August 2 in the festivities.

On Wednesdays the weekly market organized in Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa on Sundays.


The beach is a just 10 min. from the apartment, 100 meters. You can also take a boat that takes you to one of the best beaches in Mallorca called Formentor beach. A 5 km can enjoy the beaches of the north in Cala San Vicente or Alcudia.


From the airport to the port of Pollensa is a 50 kilometres. They can use public transport from the airport to the city, and then another bus will take you directly to the port of Pollensa, leaving only a few meters from the apartment.

With a brand new building, the apartment is immaculate. No expense has been spared, having good quality beds and furniture all done with families in mind. We takes a real pride in presenting a clean and comfortable property and this is reflected throughout.
