We are avid fans of Los Alcazares and have been coming here for nearly 10 years. When the opportunity came to purchase this apartment in 2011, we jumped at the chance! We have 2 kids of our own an they love the area just as much as we do! We have done our utmost to create a home from home and have bought little home comforts such as a coffee machine, blender, flat screen TV, DVD player, ipad and ipod docks and BBQ to make sure guests can enjoy our apartment. Sun loungers and outside furniture are also new, so clients can take full advantage of the beautiful complex and the lovely private garden area.

Being as flat as it is, cycling is very popular in Los Alcazares and bikes can be hired from several hire shops in the town. There are a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants providing drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment on the promenade.

How to get there

The nearest Airports nearby include San Javier (5 km) which is only a 10 minute drive and Alicante (50 km).

Airport pick-ups and drop off can be arranged if you must required.

A car is not necessary here unless you wish to go further afield, but local buses are cheap and frequent if you wish to visit Murcia, Cartagena or other places.

Distances:

10 minute walk to beautiful Mar Menor beach. 5 minute walk to the square,where there is a wide range of restaurants and shops, and supermarkets. 3 supermarkets close by, the Mercadona, Lidl and Consum.

A 20 minute drive to Cartegena, the historic town.

A 20% deposit is payable to secure booking with full payment to be received 6 weeks before departure. A refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 is required with the balance payment. This is returned to you after departure on leaving the property as found. Breakage can be paid for at the time of departure or deducted from your bond. The price is inclusive of bed linen and bath towels. Beach towels are not provided, electricity. Rental does not include ac. There is a pay as you go for ac.


Changeover Day:
Flexible regarding changeover day, dependent on bookings. Guests are expected to vacate the property on the day of departure before 12 noon, but there is flexibility during less busy periods.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

There are 2 large communal pools within the complex, each have a kiddies' pool on beautifully manicured grounds. Lifeguards are on site in the summer for your added ease of mind with kids.Outside garden facing mountains, table and chairs in the front and also the is a patio area in the back of the property with a table and chairs. The swimming pool is large and for communal use and there are pool attendants on duty during the summer months for added piece of mind.Important notes on accommodation The apartment is located in a gated community which makes it very secure. The road facing the mountains is rarely used for thorough traffic and is perfect for parking. Utility Room: Shed area: in this you can find a BBQ, inflatables, body boards, parasol and mats for the beach, sun loungers and garden furniture. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels
