The property sleeps sixteen people in seven bedrooms, six with en-suites, which are a super king-size and a twin room, both of which have an additional day bed, two king-size doubles, a twin and two family rooms, one with a king-size double and a single and the other with three singles. There is also a cloakroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner and there is a second sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, ample off road parking and an external leisure suite with a hot tub, sauna, yoga and pilates studio and a games room. Jacob's Lodge is a fantastic property with something for everybody.

Beautiful walking country is right on the doorstep, with the Pennine and Teesdale Ways, the River Tees and magnificent waterfalls at High Force all close by. Middleton-in-Teesdale lies in the heart of Teesdale, in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', and offers a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat.
