Both the master bedroom and the living room open out onto a large covered terrace which has a fantastic view out to the surrounding pine covered hills, the Mediterranean sea and the mystical island of Es Vedra. The annex has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and all with sea views. The property has been stylishly decorated and furnished to a very high level. The pool and surrounding terraces have been designed with total relaxation and enjoyment at heart. The beautiful garden has a beds of penesetum grass and Olive, Mimosa, Pomegranate, Orange and Lemon trees. There is a large covered pergola which covers the outside kitchen, large dining table and sofa area. The 60m2 infinity pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with beautiful sun beds. About Chantal Henar Hoddell

The house is exclusively managed by Mi Casa Tu Casa Ibiza. We are a small luxury villa management company based solely in Ibiza. We manage a small number of beautiful houses. We handle all the rentals and maintenance and ensure that the villas are very well prepared for holiday rentals and that any issues are resolved asap. Our aim is to ensure all of our guests have unforgettable stays at the villas and in Ibiza. We have three partners; Chantal Henar (Bookings Director), Rob del Castillo (Maintenance Director), Tom Hoddell (Marketing Director). We also have an office manager, Marlin, who handles payments and contracts.We all live full time in Ibiza with our families and all speak English and Spanish. Chantal & Marlin also speak Dutch and German. Our office is in the village of San Jose..

The house is fantastically located for the islands best beaches. Cala Vadella beach is only 5 minutes drive. Cala D´hort is 8 minutes drive, Cala Carbo is 7 minutes drive, Cala Conta is 10 minutes drive, Cala Tarida is 8 minutes, Cala Bassa is 10 minutes, Cala Jondal is 15 minutes, Playa Salinas and Es Cavallet are 20 minutes away

San Jose 6 minutes, Ibiza town & marinas 20 minutes, San Antonio & marina 15 minutes

You are spoilt for choice! San Jose is a great little town with Supermarkets, banks, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, including the islands best tapas restaurant, El Destino. The local beaches all have fantastic seafood restaurants ranging from local traditional paella and fish restaurants to beach clubs like The Cala Bassa Beach Club or Cala Tarida´s Cotton Club. Cala Vadella has a 3 great 'feet in the sand' restaurants and other cafes. The best sun set bar and restaurant on the island is at Cala Conta (Sunset Ashram).

  • Outside: The outside space at Can Coco is fantastic. It is a perfect place to relax in privacy and luxury. The beautiful 12m x 5m infinity pool is surrounded by a very large sunbathing terrace which has a giant 4 poster chill out bed and 6 individual sun beds. There are wonderful natural stone walls giving complete privacy to the pool area and there is also an outside kitchen, dining and sofa area. The gardens have been landscaped all around the house and give the villa a wonderful ambience. There are large beds of penesetum grass that sway in the breeze. There are mature olive, mimosa, orange, lemon, palm, cyprus and pomegranate trees. The property is set in a lovely pine covered valley with South west views to the sea and the mystical island of Es Vedra. Utility Room: The utility room and store is on the lower floor and contains the washing machine and dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Daily cleaning service (excl. sundays) in July & August. Twice weekly cleaning service in other months (Tuesdays & Saturdays). Towels/sheets included. Sheets changed once per week. Towels are changed twice per week. Extra cleaning can be arranged
