This modern Townhouse is located in the old town of Pollensa just 5 minutes walk to the main square where you can enjoy its great restaurants and visiting their areas of interest such as the Calvary hill, the Roman Bridge, and Old Town. A 6 km can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and the exclusive and popular area of the bay of Formentor. Include a courtyard with private pool, BBQ and covered terrace to enjoy a great evening. On the ground floor is the full equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the living room where you can access to the terrace and pool. On the top floor there are a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. The house is full of light and tastefully decorated.

A little gem

A super little house in Pollenca. Delightfully situated on the edge of the old town but a short walk to the centre through the lovely narrow streets. An added bonus is the secure off road parking which is a blessing with the narrow streets and not a great deal of public parking spaces to be found. We would certainly book this house again if we return to Majorca at a later date. The small pool was lovely to dip onto after a hot day sightseeing.

Local supermarkets are a delight to use and the staff are so very helpful. Visit the Sunday market in the main square to buy local produce, the bread from the bread stall is a must.

Beautiful Villa in a Beautiful town

we stayed here from 10th to 14th june for 4 nights. We hired a car and drove to to Pollenca, directions from the owner were spot on and the property is easy to reach from the main roads.

The villa was exceptionally clean, well maintained, with modern fittings throughout, and a kitchen that is better equipped than my own at home! The location is excellent, you are a 5 minute walk to the centre of Pollonsa, which is stunning. We loved the feel of the town and there is many restaraunts and bars to keep you entertained.

The property is also situated at the bottom of the Ma-10 road - thats the long mountain route that you can drive - i would highly recommend, spectacular views and we cant wait to do it again at some point.

Location Information: The most beautiful and picturesque area of Mallorca is the Pollenca region which has a unique charm and beauty, and is the ideal destination for quality, family villa holidays. Pollença Old Town is a peaceful and tranquil town that remains very typically Spanish. It is four miles from the coast, nestling between two hills at the eastern end of the Tramuntana mountains. Pollença itself is indisputably pretty. Historic buildings with ochre roofs, sun-baked walls and wooden shutters line the narrow and twisting medieval streets. There are pastel-painted houses in the centre and Moorish water mills on the outskirts. It's also a haven of sleepy Mallorcan traditions - café life and the siesta roll on here as they always have. The heart of the old town is the central square, Plaça Major, where there are many café-bars and fine restaurants. Pollença also has lots of galleries of Mallorcan art and design, and a town museum. The most famous walk in Pollença is up the 365 steps of the tree-lined 'Calvario' - the Calvari Hill. There is a tiny church at the top with amazing views over the town and across wooded valleys to the sea Puerto Pollensa is host to long sandy beaches that curve around the bay and are divided by breakwaters and so are ideal for children. There are also a number of small, natural, sand and pebble beaches to explore. The atmosphere in Puerto Pollensa is relaxed with no loud discos or nightclubs, but a fine variety of open-air cafés, restaurants, boutiques and shops. The countryside around Pollenca Old Town and Puerto Pollensa is amongst the most stunning and picturesque in the Mediterranean. Lush green dramatic valleys, littered with grazing mountain goats and sheep and beautiful rural farmland hillsides dotted around picturesque monastery’s and farms are the typical view from your garden here.
