A recently refurbished and modernised relaxing 3 Bedroom Terraced house in Cabopino, Marbella. The house has a roof-top solarium with an outside shower, sun-beds, table & chairs with lovely views of the sea, swimming pools and the Golf Course.Tennis courts are nearby as well. The complex has two large Swimming pools. ( Child friendly ) There are also showers by the pools. Pools are very well maintained with a lovely surrounding of shrubs pineapple trees, flowers etc. The Town House is located within walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants and the gorgeous Cabopino Beach, one of Spains best and it is only a 12-15 minutes walk away.

The house is located in a lovely newly built complex and directly overlooks the 11th and 12th Fairways on Cabopino Golf Course. There is a Golf Course nearby and a Driving range with practice facilities just a 2 minute walk away from the house. We also have some leaflets on Tourist attractions and the market days in the Town House to help you. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk away for easy access to Marbella town, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola. There are many items available for babies, for example high chair, baby toilet seat and 2 baby travel cots with 2 x safety gates.( Also items can be hired in.) There are sunbeds also provided.

On the downstairs patio there is an outside table with 6 chairs (more chairs available), with a lovely pull out shade for when the sun gets too hot. The townhouse has air/heat conditioning and a House alarm.

Also we now have full sky package which is included also for you.

Travel is easy from Malaga airport the drive is about 25 minutes along the coast with details very easy to understand (Transfers can be arranged, please ask)

Hi, My name is Debbie, I purchased the house from new as a holiday home for the family. We visit the house many times during the year for long weekend breaks and also for a week or two summer holiday. We can't get enough of it!

Why Debbie Proto chose West Costa del Sol

We love the area of Cabopino, quiet enough location for a peaceful getaway but so close to the beach, restaurants and bars on the port and being right next to a golf club and driving range was perfect for us! We love the fact that you are right in the middle of Fuengirola & central Marbella / Puerto Banus and visit these places often with the family.

Recently there have been a lot of walk ways that have been added to the beach front and with more to come. A lovely stroll on the decking in the early evening .

What makes this house unique

A lot of people tell us that they love the fact it really feels like home from home - we have recently refurbished the property and it has a real modern homely feel to it, with a full kitchen and all the appliances and entertainment facilities you need to make yourself feel at home. This makes the house a great place to go away during the winter months too!

Notes on accommodation: Please note : There are no Guest towels provided. Beach Towels are provided . 1 per person. ( I can provide more at a extra cost.) There are also showers by the pools. Pools are very well maintained with a lovely surrounding of shrubs pineapple trees , flowers etc. My main charges which are shown are based for a Family of 4/5 Supplement charges will apply for more than 5 persons or more. ( Due to service charges , At the Owners discretion.) Cabopino, a little gem.

The house was fantastic and well situated, quiet and immaculately kept. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The gardens and pool areas are lovely and were alive with birds. The terraces were great and as we had lovely weather we spent a lot of time just sitting taking in the view. We will definitely be back.

stayed here for a week in february . we had a great time the house is beautiful and the furnishings of the highest standard. The port of cabopino is a ten minute walk away. The owner Debbie was very helpful and efficient. Looking forward a staying here again.

Absolutely amazing holiday

As soon as we arrived it was like a home from home. So welcoming and wonderfully decorated throughout. We had amazing weather all week! The beach is a short walk away and some lovely restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend getting a bus journey to La Cala and taking a visit to The Little Geranium tapas restaurant. We went for lunch and wanted to go back for dinner!

Although only two of us went on this holiday, Im already looking at booking again with the family. One of the best holidays I've had in a long time.

IDEAL LOCATION FOR A PERFECT GOLF BREAK .

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AS DESCRIBED BY THE OWNER , WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH DETAILS ON GOLF COURSES IN THE AREA.THE ACCOMMODATION WAS PERFECT , VERY CLEAN AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED. THE TOWN HOUSE HAD A ADDED BONUS WITH WI-FI & SKY SPORTS. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL GOLF LOVERS WITH THE ADDED BONUS OF A PERFECT LOCATION , WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN FOR THE WINTER SEASON.

Long weekend break - feels like home from hom

Stayed for a long weekend in Feb 2016. Weather was lovely. House is in a great location with lots to do nearby and lots of different towns to visit. Nice restaurants and bars within 10 minute walk to the Cabopino Port. Great facilities, full kitchen which is lovely to cook dinner and have watching the sunset on the roof terrace or back patio. Have stayed in this property several times and always finding new things to do / places to see each time I come back. Thanks again.

Long weekend away - felt like home from home

Had a lovely stay for a long weekend. Feels like home from home with full kitchen / cooking facilities makes it nice to have dinner on the back and roof terrace with gorgeous views. Have stayed at this property several times and love the area. I will definitely be back again soon! Thanks again
