A wealth of National Trust properties, enchanting villages, as well as the spectacular Warwick Castle and the historic ruins of Kenilworth Castle are all within an easy drive.

Relaxing, and comfortable stay

My husband and I stayed with our daughter from USA for a relaxing few days. The cottage is beautiful, well equipped and cosy. Any problems were quickly resolved by the owner Mike, and we appreciated the welcoming touches of some essentials provided in the kitchn and new soap and washing up supplies. The beds are comfortable and the cottage is pleasantly decorated. The towels and bed linen are fresh and clean and their provision mean there is less to travel with in the car. The gas fire in the sitting room is cosy and welcoming. Our only suggestions - an instruction manual for the oven and a rewrite of the welcome pack would help reduce the need for phone calls to the owner! Also allowing for credit card payment rather than just bacs payments would open up rental to a greater clientele especially the overseas contingent! A very pleasant few days overall - within easy walking distance of the old town and the river and easy driving distance for many local attractions.

Fabulous find!

Myself and my three daughters stayed at Holly House for a week and had a great time - the house is very comfortable, inviting, secluded, and easy to find, and Michael's welcome package (wine, bread, etc) waiting for us was a very nice touch! A very relaxing stay, and well located for access to Stratford as well as access to river trails for those daily runs. Our only recommendation is to add some board games and a DVD player at some point, as we're sure future guests will enjoy the usage. We had a great time, and will be back the next time our travels bring us in this direction!!

Fantastic

Deal with Michael who was a pleasure and made everything so simple, he even provided us with a lovely bottle of red wine along with biscuits, bread, milk and jam which was a nice touch.

the house is immaculate, Wi-Fi is a great addition and the furniture is to a high standard, I would recommended this property to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

Changeover Day:
Bookings normally run on a weekly basis from Friday 2 pm to Friday 10 am.

Minimum Booking Period.
Although we receive many enquiries for short stays of 2 nights the cost of the changeover has resulted in us setting a minimum price of 4 days and we urge all our prospective guests to consider extending their stay as there is a lot to do in the area.

Please note that the full weekly charge is payable for stays of 5 or 6 days since the intervening days to make up a full week are unlikely to be filled.

50% of the fee is payable as a deposit on booking and 50% is payable 2 weeks before your arrival date.
We accept payment by bank transfer.
