Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment situated in Torrequebrada within walking distance of sunset beach. This property is moments from the beach front, this has a fantastic chiringito/restaurant that is famous with the Spanish for it paella,tapas and traditional Andalucian cuisine. definitely worth a visit. And for those who "dare to bare" there is a very private nudist beach close by.It is also a short walk from Torrequebrada casino with the ever popular Sunset beach a further 5 minutes away.The property has a fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom with both shower and bath, lounge/dining area with large private terrace area which is accessible from both lounge and master bedroom. From the terrace you can access the communal gardens.There are 2 swimming pools, one of which is indoor and for all year use.Its Within a 5 minute walk to local restaurants, bars large supermarket and pharmacy. Benalmadena Marina is 10 minutes by car or taxi where there are many fantastic bars and restaurants.

Hi I'm Neil, and i have lived in Spain with my wife and 3 children for 9 years now. We came here to give the children a better more relaxed way of life. We live in a typical Spanish village not far from Malaga, so why don’t you come over to stay in the apartment, and enjoy a bit of Spain with us!

We had a lovely stay here. Lovely apartment ,very clean with everything you need. Bonus not having to bring beach towels ,the fact we could hire them was great.

Brilliant welcome pack to start us off and then supermarket just 5 minutes around the corner selling everything.

Great location,could go to so many different beaches and beautiful bay for a morning walk just minutes away.

With 3 year old twins the baby pool was fantastic ,they loved it.

Large pool and indoor pool great also.

Thanks Neil and Tanya for everything.

Vacaciones perfectas

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones perfectas es este apartamento de dos habitaciones. Muy muy espacioso. Con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Al ser un bajo con terraza y acceso directo al jardín y piscina lo hace aun mas cómodo.

Neil y su esposa son encantadores y nos recibieron con un fantástico pack de bienvenida que nos ahorró salir corriendo a comprar después de 6 horas de viaje.

A cinco minutos andando de bonitas calas con accesos con escaleras y a cinco minutos en coche de playas adaptadas y accesibles

Ya lo he recomendado a mis amigos y repetiría sin duda.

Fabulous apartment and facilities

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Owners very helpful too. Supermarket, beach and restaurants very close by. Three pools to choose from and two tennis courts. First time we had done self catering with our children (3 and 7) and loved it. Would totally recommend it and would love to go again.

Another fantastic trip!

This was our second visit to the apartment and once again, it did not disappoint. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Location allows easy access to Benalmadena centre and the local bus service is frequent and reliable. The apartment offers 'home from home' living and Neil/Tanya are very attentive to individual needs !!

Another super holiday and we look forward to returning in the future!

Very enjoyable.

Thank you for very enjoyable stay Neil was very helpful and even dropped us to station and end of stay.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and the pool and grounds very secure and kept to a very high standard .

The buses were very easy to use and stopped just a short walk away ,the trains were also easy to use and station was about 20 mins walk.

Only downside was no wifi with teenagers with us but local bar Malibu beach was used a lot ,

Great area for exploring visited benalmadena,Toremelinos and fuengerola .

Plenty to do just a short bus ride away thoroughly enjoyed our visit with temperatures reaching 40 degrees .

Air con would have been helpful but fans in all rooms to use.

Lovel apartment short comute from Malaga Airport

The Property was lovely, clean and very private. It is very central in that it is only a short bus ride from the centre of Benamadena. Public transport is very reasonable. A lot of beach options within walking distance. The provision of sun loungers and Wi Fi would really make a huge difference. Overall a great apartment with fantastic attention from Tanya and Neil, The Airport pick up and drop off provided at a charge by Neil and Tanya well worth it. 10 out of 10. Great family apartment

Very Nice ground floor apartment with just a short walk to the communal swimming pool and tennis courts. Apartment really clean and spacious. Great for families with children. Beach only 5 Mins away although quite a rocky beach but sandy beaches not far away. No air con which would be good especially in july and august and no wifi which we did miss as we had a teenager who likes to stay in touch with friends through email etc.apart from that the apartment had everything you need for a great holiday. Neil met us at the apartment and was fantastic from the start. Neil even provided a new TV so we could connect our tablet with HDMI lead. There was a great welcome pack which was a great help so we did not need to rush to go shopping as there was food, drink and even wine and beer (needed after the journey) The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.Overall we had a fantastic holiday and can't thank Neil enough for his hospitality. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for everything Neil.

Malaga airport is approx 25 minutes away.

There is a train that runs from the airport,and this passes Torremuelle station,that is a short taxi ride from the apartment.

There is a very good bus service that runs up and down the coast road,and the bus stop is very close by.

Distances:

Benalmadena is approx 5 minutes by taxi or car,with the marina a futher 5 minutes away.

Fuengirola,tivoli world are 10 minutes by car or taxi.

Agualand is also a 10 minutes away.

The price for your stay also includes a welcome pack to get you started. You will be greeted in person on your arrival. Outside: The swimming pool is gated and surrounded by a grassed area which is supplied with parasols in high season. Although sunbeds are not provided it is possible to use beach chairs that are supplied in the apartment.Food and drink is not permitted in the pool area.There are two tennis courts ( free of charge) .The indoor swimming pool is heated and is set in a conservatory with built in seating.
