Bozion Barn is a large 4 bedroomed barn which sleeps 8. There is a master bedroom with ensuite, a further two large double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds with family bathroom. Open planned living with uninterrupted south facing views of the Camel Valley. Comes with wifi and tv/dvd player. Plenty of off street parking in a gated courtyard Plus an additional annex with two further bedrooms, see The Tractor Shed in my listing. All very close to Wadebridge and the Camel Trail. Surrounded by open countryside with fields and woodland walks.

Stunning property in beautiful location

Bozion Barn is in an excellent location with beautiful views over the valley. It was lovely and clean and comfortable for our two families for the week. It provided good access to all the places we wanted to visit and was very near some wonderful beaches.

Fabulous barn conversion

Fantastic barn conversion. Very clean and spacious, 2 very large doubles, one good double and one twin. Good kitchen size and large table. Nicely decorated. Lots of garden space. Great views across the fields from all windows. Very friendly owners Bob and Mandy and dogs who often came by for a tummy rub (but not too often and were also good if you indicated them to leave). Bob was very kind and unpacked our Tesco shop in the kitchen when we were delayed! Thank you! Good central location for days out. 6 miles to wadebridge with good supermarkets and a cinema. Padstow c20 mins drive. Very family friendly. Great showers and comfy beds!!!

Beautiful large barn which has been converted to a very high standard

This exceptionally beautiful barn conversion has been completed to a very high standard. As soon as we walked in we all wanted to move in permanently! The views are lovely and the garden was ideal for our dog to be able to run around freely. It's in a remote spot which means it's incredibly peaceful and absolutely perfect to be able to unwind.
