Situated in a Gated Complex called Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf, the apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and four swimming pools. A 5 minute walk to local amenities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, buses & taxis). Easy access to beautiful nearby beaches, walk able in 15 minutes, or just a few minutes drive. Ideal for families, couples and golfers. Fully fitted kitchen with new oven and hob, newly fitted air-conditioning unit, terrace not overlooked, quiet part of the complex, underground parking, 24 hour security.

There is fully wi fi to use and the apartment is fully functional for all the family.There is a 40inch flat screen TV on which you can watch any film.English TV as well as sky sports.The films include ones that are on at the cinema too.

There is a dining table both indoors and outdoors depending on whether you wish to eat al fresco or not.There is a large gas BBQ for you to use on the terrace as well as sunbeds if going to the pool is too much of an effort.There is use of an iphone docking station as well as a play station 3 with some games there.

About the Owner

I have been visiting Elviria for nearly six years now. Everyone likes it there because it has an abundance of restaurants, bars,tapas bars,supermarkets and places to visit.People thoroughly enjoy Elviria's quiet and friendly environment. The beach is five minutes walk and there are lots of bars/restaurants along the beach too.For golfers the location is perfect for probably 30 golf courses within 10km and the nearest one is Santa Maria which you can walk to in less than five minutes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the property, me and my wife predicted a hot sun but we didn't predict such a lovely apartment block with many top restaurants and amenities on our door step. The resort was very secure and the pools were very scenic and very close to the apartment so it wasn't an issue going back to the apartment during the day.

Our favourite restaurant was the Oriental Palace which did a fantastic selection of Chinese, Thai and Tepanyaki.

Our favourite moment of the holiday was going out for the evening to Puerto Banus and seeing much life where we ate in the famous Hard Rock Cafe, and later in the evening we went to the market for the children who had fun on the trampolines and amusement rides.

The apartment was in great condition and the owner was fantastic help as he enabled our Helle Hollis car to be cheaper, which was a bonus to the value of the apartment

This property stands out as it has everything you need on a holiday all in one place.There is a large gas BBQ on the balcony/terrace which is not overlooked.You can have full wifi for several devices as well as the ability to watch any film or sport channel on TV. There is a new air conditioning system fitted which will mean you can all relax when it is too hot to sleep in the summer without it.You have new oven and hob as well as grilling machines,sandwich makers,coffee machines and microwave.You have separate washing machine and tumble dryer,ironing boards,as well as a hairdryer. The apartment has mosquito screens so you can keep all the doors open knowing you wont get any in the apartment.

Special interest holidays:

There are over 60 golf courses on the Costa del Sol. All within 45 minutes of the apartment. Should Golf be required Tee times and Competitions can all be arranged. A golfers Guide will be provided within the apartment which has information on all the Golf courses on the Costa del Sol.


A 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to a lovely sandy beach.

It is the same to the Don Carlos resort which also includes Nikki Beach.


Malaga Airport is the nearest airport which is a 30 minute drive.

The next nearest airport is Gibraltar which takes 1 hour to drive.

Car hire can be arranged also at a competitive price with a car hire firm that I have been using for several years. This makes getting to the apartment and dropping the car off on the way back very easy.


The nearest town is Marbella which is a 15 minute drive. Puerto Banus is a 20 minute drive. You are also close to the towns of Fuengirola, La Cala De Mijas, Calahonda & Estepona.

Further Details:

5 minutes walk from local shops and two good supermarkets, huge variety of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. There will be a guide of all the restaurants within the apartment.

A tour of the apartment will be given to show how everything works and a contact is provided should you have any difficulty during your stay. An essentials pack will be provided within the apartment which is complimentary Outside: A sunny open terrace with nice views of the gardens The terrace has a table with four chairs along with two comfortable loungers, a gas barbecue with all utensils. Within the complex there are a lovely cork oak trees and landscaped gardens to walk in. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer,vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. These will all be cleaned before arrival and on departure. Should additional cleaning be required, this can be requested during stay. Other: Dining Table with four chairs.
