Fantastic first floor apartment in Theseus Village with loads of balcony space and amazing sea/sunset views. The apartment is spacious both inside and out with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/dining area, kitchen, outside dining balcony and separate outside seating/sunbathing area on the main balcony. The village is set in beautifully landscaped gardens and there are 2 swimming pools, the largest of which also has a babies' paddling area and shaded seating areas. Both pools are within a 1 minute of the apartment apartment. Allocated parking space with additional guest parking available. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the resort centre where you will find restaurants, bar, shops, children's play area, kids club, spa, tennis courts and golf clubhouse.

About Amanda Ing

We have owned this lovely apartment since early 2008. We have spent many wonderful weeks and made lots of friends both on Theseus Village and the Aphrodite Hills resort. Sadly, due to business commitments, we no longer get as many opportunities as we would like to escape to our apartment, but want all our guests to enjoy the unique location on this wonderful island of Cyprus as much as we do.

5-10 minute walk to the resort centre with shops, restaurants & bars, kids club, golf course clubhouse, spa & gym and tennis academy. Free Wi-fi access available in the apartment. Satellite TV shows selected UK channels. Lovely village gardens and large shared pool only 1 minute walk from the apartment. Perfect for couples and families alike at all times of the year. Strictly No Smoking property. Outside: Two large patio areas. The outside dining area with gas BBQ is at the rear of the apartment and enjoys village/mountain views. The main balcony faces south/south west and has beautiful views out to sea and towards Paphos plus views down in to the ravine and the new extension of the Secret Valley golf course. It is perfect for chilling out on the sofa under an umbrella, sunbathing on the sun loungers or enjoying a chilled glass of wine as the sun goes down! Allocated parking space by the main entrance to the apartment and additional guest spaces available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen, bath and hand towels and pool towels are provided. Mid stay clean and change of bedlinen and towels is included in the rental for fortnight bookings

Amazing Holiday

The apartment was perfect for us, ideally placed for the holiday we hoped for, near to the places we enjoy visiting and so peaceful for some much needed rest and relaxation. Spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs. Loved the attention to detail even supplying useful guide books. No issues, no problems and beautiful sunset views. We will certainly be returning!

The property was as shown in the photos and was very clean. Fantastic communications from the owners and is located very close to the pool but not close enough that can hear everything. Great facilities within the apartment, including WIFI for the kids and adults alike. I would highly recommend this apartment if staying in Aphrodite Hills.

Excellent stay in lovely apartment :-)

After being in touch with the helpful owners they had given us all the details we needed for a successful journey to the apartment. We picked up a car from the airport and managed to get straight there without the use of sat nav! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we were travelling with our 4 year old son and he loved having his own bathroom! The apartment was spacious and well maintained, I don't think there was anything we needed which wasn't catered for!

The apartment is a 1 min walk to 3 pools, one for babies one a little deeper for playing and a larger pool. When we were there we rarely had to share them with more than one other family! We only ate in the resort a couple of time, there is a pub with good pub grub and a taverna which was lovely along with other restaurants we didn't get a chance to sample.

It is a very good base for exploring, we went up to Troodos in the mountains, loads of walks which you can make as family friendly as suits you (we did the Caledonian Water fall route) also went to Aphrodite Rocks brewery which according to hubby made very good Ale and has a good restaurant (they do tours as well but we weren't there at the right time)

The resort has most things you will need, although you do pay a premium for the on site supermarket. If you are out and about there is a large Carrefour (and also a smaller one more centrally) and Lidl in Pafos along with smaller shops closer to the resort.

All in all a lovely a relaxing stay :-)

Excellent holiday

Not long back from an excellent first holiday in Cyprus. Stayed with my partner and 2 daughters, 6 and 3.

No issues with booking process and Amanda kept us up to date with all details etc pre arrival.

Apartment was spot on for our needs and well equipped for a fortnights stay with a young family. The pool was a minutes walk away and the main square area with the bars/restaurants under ten minutes.

You can still use the hotel even though it's a Sensatori Brand now, and we mixed our nights between the hotel, the square and dining in.

The resort shop is very handy and decent stocked although comes at a premium, there is a better supermarket under ten minute drive away, which is much cheaper.

All of us enjoyed our first visit and we suspect it won't be our last to Aphrodite Hills

Back for a second visit

This apartment made a big impression on us last year. As a family we try not to re-visit a place, we always like to try something new. However we all felt so relaxed here we decided for the first time in many years to go back to the same place.

I can say we were not disappointed. The apartment is beautiful, the village caters for everything you need from restaurants, cafe's, golf and tennis courts.

There are a number of businesses hiring out scooters, seaways, 4 seater family bikes. The surprise for me was a stand of bikes from the company Nextbikes which I subscribe to in Glasgow. I just went onto my app and we were all riding bikes in minutes. We also went to Limassol and right on the front at the village for tourists there was a stand for Next Bikes. We hired them and cycled around seven miles in 36 degrees.

Aphrodite Hills is a good base and getting to Paphos or Limassol is easy if you have a hire car. The motorway is so good in Cyprus with never too many vehicles.

I have heard a lot about poor drivers in Cyprus, however I have never experienced this as most drivers are fine. The only thing they do that is strange is they keep edging forward at traffic lights.

Overall if you want a five star holiday Cyprus is the place. If you want good quality, safe accommodation with everything you need I would say that this apartment goes a long way to supplying most things.

There is only one negative and that is if you wanted to have a barbecue there is no gas bottle. We went to have one last year and realised there wasn't a gas bottle. This year we went to do the same and remembered again. I suspect it is probably an insurance issue but overall it is a minor issue that doesn't reflect against the quality of this apartment.

Special interest holidays:

Walking - there are numerous walking trails around both the Aphrodite Hills resort and in the surrounding hills. For the more adventurous you can hike around the Troodos mountains and on the Akamas Peninsula, which is a protected area of outstanding natural beauty with many diverse and endangered plant/animal species. Diving - there are many dive sites on the southern part of the island with trips available from Paphos Harbour and the Polis/Latchi area.


There are two beach clubs serving the resort. The Cove is a 5 minute drive from the apartment with sun loungers, boardwalks and snack bar. The Zias Beach Club is 20 minute drive away on beautiful Avdimou Beach. Transport can be arranged (small charge) to both beaches via the Intercontinental Hotel Concierge. In addition there are beautiful beaches at Pissouri Bay, Paphos and Coral Bay.


Paphos Airport 20 minutes, Larnaca Airport 90 minutes. Car hire is not essential if you want to base yourself entirely on the Aphrodite Hills resort, though we recommend that you hire a car in order to fully enjoy the surrounding areas. Taxi hire available from Paphos/Larnaca airports and from the Intercontinental Hotel on the resort.


Paphos 20 kms, Limassol 50 kms, Troodos Mountains 85 kms, Larnaca 120 kms, Nicosia 120 kms. The historical sites are too numerous to mention, but the resort is set just off the main coastal road and the Paphos to Limassol highway, so getting around the island is very easy.

Further Details:

The resort is well served with a small supermarket, gift shops, cash machine, bar, and restaurants though opening times/availability may vary out of the main holiday periods. The larger villages of Kouklia and Pissouri are 10-15 minute drive away with a wider selection of local shops and restaurants and Paphos is an easy drive along the motorway for a wider range of shopping and leisure activities.
