Bought the house in 2000 and moved in the house in 2001 moved back to the UK in 2007 since then we have used it as our beautiful holiday home. We have made it into a holiday home where you really don't have to go anywhere else. We love it and we hope you will too.

Perfect family villa

Fantastic weeks stay at the villa. Beautiful and very clean. Hayley and the team were more than helpful, supplying us with information on the local area. Pool cleaning staff were very friendly as were the local taxi firms (we used the same company everyday) . Car hire we feel is essential as there are no little shops in the village. Would definitely use the villa again.

We had a fabulous holiday in this amazing villa - 6 adults and 2 twelve yr olds. Equipped with everything you could wish for, a real home from home. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Car hire required especially if young child in the group.

we would love to return at some point.

Stunning villa, everything you need....

I stayed here for a week in August with my two teenage sons. The villa itself is stunning, with beautifully kept rooms and plenty to do. It is immaculately clean and maintained to the highest possible standard.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and leads onto the steps to the outside area at the rear of the property. We spent every evening outside and ate at the table provided there overlooking the pool and the gorgeous views. There are two bathrooms and plenty of space both inside and outside. The furniture is comfortable and modern and I could happily live here!

There is a lot to do both within the villa and in the nearby towns. My sons spent their time between the large swimming pool, billiards table, table tennis and basketball hoop. There is also a TV in the lounge. The swimming pool is meticulously clean and surrounded by beautiful flowers and shrubbery with plenty of sunbeds and patio space all around the villa.

We had hired a car and access to the local supermarket and nearby towns is easy. There is a huge variety of restaurants and bars within local towns, plus nightlife for those who want it. The nearby beaches are also beautiful and well worth a visit. Parking is easy outside of the villa.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough, for the cleanliness, high standard of maintenance, location, things to do and facilities available. It really does have absolutely everything you could possibly need and I didn't want to leave. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family whatsoever and cannot wait for my next visit!

Fantastic Holiday Home

A fantastic villa - decorated to a high specification and well maintained.

Stayed here with 7 members of my family - loads of space for all!

The pool and grounds are beautiful.

Lovely restaurants nearby and only a short drive to the beach.

We flew in to Murcia Airport which is only a short drive away which makes this a great holiday destination for a family.

I would highly recommend the property and the owners who were excellent to deal with.

Our house is very close to San Miguel de Salinas village where there is lots to do and all the amenities you will need. We purchased it for the excellent school, medical centre and the closeness of a typical Spanish village but still being very close to beautiful beaches and all tourist attractions, best of both you could say

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Phoenix Nights at 1.5 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Las Collinas at 1 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Phoenix Nights at 1 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Sierra nevada at 350 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Mil Palmeras at 7 Kilometres Car: necessary


The villa is situated close to the best beaches on the costa blanca, 10 mins drive from campoamor beach which has pedalos, jet skis, banana boat, 15 mins from la zenia and cabo roig. Torrevieja beaches are 15 mins drive and have large inflatables in the water great fun for adults and children. The beaches of the mar menor, los alcazares etc (25 min drive) have no current and are especially safe for children. All beaches have sunbed and umbrella hire


Car Hire Is Strongly Recommended. Murcia Airport Is 20 Mins Away And Approx 35 Euros And Alicante Is 45 Mins And Approx 65 Euros (always Ask First)

to Drive From The Uk There Are Several Different Routes. It Is Approximately 900 Miles From Calais On Superb French And Spanish Road Systems.


The Village Of San Miguel Is A 3 Min Drive Also A 25 Min Walk Along A Well Built Unlit Rural Road. Taxis Are Available To And From The Village For A Nominal Charge. Villamartin Plaza Is 5 Min Drive. Beaches 10 Mins, Go-karting 15 Mins, Mini-golf 10 Mins, Torrevieja 20 Mins, Las Collins Golf 3 Mins, La Zenia Boulevard 10 Mins.

In San Miguel There Are Numerous Bars And Restaurants With Many Banks And Cashpoints. There Are Two Chemists Open Till Late. An Excellent Medical Centre With English Speaking 24 Hr Care Second To None (ehic And Passport Required) 1 Main Supermarket Stocking Many English Products And Several Smaller Wide Variety Shops. There is a very large traditional Spanish market on a Wednesday.

Our property has been lived in by us and holidayed in by us so it really is equipped with everything you could possibly need.
