House was very clean when we got there. Location to everything we needed was perfect. Everything that we needed for cooking appliances etc was there . Very child friendly inc monitors and bed rails for kids. Will be looking for a property in this area again if we ever go back.

I would highly recommend this town house, everything about it was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with plenty of linens, towels, crockery etc. the terrace is a lovely area to dine out on and also relax after a full day out. The location of Compass Bay is ideally placed for access to all the parks, restaurants and shopping. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday, looking forward to going back to this town house again next year.

Securing our home only requires a nominal deposit (£100) with the balance not being due until 8 weeks before departure, if this is less than 8 weeks full payment is required at booking. A security bond (£150) is required and this will be returned usually within 14 days of departure, on receipt of non-damage/loss report.


Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible, arrival/departure can be on any day of the week, and stays can be of any duration. In general the house is available from 4pm on day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate the property by 11am on day of departure.
