Peaceful, welcoming and relaxing

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying here, it was a real home from home. Well a lot different from our home (a busy town) but a home we'd love to have! We stayed in the annex which was beautifully presented, with lovely homely touches - a Christmas tree and decorations. The location was so peaceful and the owners were really welcoming. We spent time at Aberaeron and New Quay which we loved. We would definitely recommend 'The Wellington Inn' in New Quay for food and the 'Blue Bell Deli' for a bite to eat and a coffee.

We will definitely be coming back to this little spot we have found, hopefully with dogs in toe to enjoy the walks!

Very quiet and cosy in a lovely location with fantastic views.

What a place. So very quiet ....even with the windows open. Loads of wildlife around. Views to die for. Our 17 month old boy loved the place.

The annex is very clean and well laid out and the hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

excellent cottage, clean and warm, great views lovely people

  • 5 of 5

We had a great week visiting lots of places from Aberaeron to Portmeirion. New Quay was a bit fraught - very busy. the weather was kind and we had some beautiful sunsets. If you just want relax the ponds on site were a short walk with ample room to sit and read - not that we had time.

All in all great either as a base to tour the surrounding area or as somewhere just to relax.

We had a lovely stay at Banc farm, Tim and Karen really made us feel welcome during our stay,

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful ponds, we enjoyed feeding the geese and chickens as well as stroking their horse and donkey. It is in a lovely location somewhere you can recharge your batteries.
