excellent cottage, clean and warm, great views lovely people

  • 5 of 5

We had a great week visiting lots of places from Aberaeron to Portmeirion. New Quay was a bit fraught - very busy. the weather was kind and we had some beautiful sunsets. If you just want relax the ponds on site were a short walk with ample room to sit and read - not that we had time.

All in all great either as a base to tour the surrounding area or as somewhere just to relax.

We had a lovely stay at Banc farm, Tim and Karen really made us feel welcome during our stay,

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful ponds, we enjoyed feeding the geese and chickens as well as stroking their horse and donkey. It is in a lovely location somewhere you can recharge your batteries.

Easter break at Banc Farm

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I, along with Casper the Dog stayed at Banc Farm over the Easter weekend. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and relaxing cottage in which to unwind. With geese and hens pottering about in the courtyard and lambs in the field, it was idillic. The cottage was immaculate cosy and well equipped. Karen and her husband were helpful and gave excellent local advice on places to visit.

A lovely Easter hamper was such a thoughtful welcome gift. Thank you for a lovely break. We will be recommending to friends and family and hope to come again soon.

Jane, Paul and Casper.

Superb holiday!

  • 5 of 5

The annexe was perfect for our short break. My young daughter thoroughly enjoyed the freedom of the farm and even learned to ride her bike while there! The annexe was really well equipped and cosy...just what was needed after blustery walks along the beach. Waking up to the cows, the red kites and the amazing views each morning was pretty great as well!. Karen and Tim were there for any questions and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
