Exclusive and private apartment with fully fitted kitchen, fridge-freezer, cooker and washing machine, etc. Lounge / Bedroom with 42" Smart TV with English and Spanish channels. DVD player and Wifi internet. Double bed, large wardrobe, 2 settees. Lovely fully tiled en-suite with shower, cute Spanish sink , toilet and bidet. Outside there is a porch containing 2 chairs and coffee table , dining table and 4 chairs. Patio for private sunbathing, Luxury Jacuzzi Hot Tub. Choice of sun loungers, large Gazebo for shelter from the sun with bar. BBQ. for outdoor cooking. Pretty garden. Peaceful, romantic Spanish mountainside retreat, with spectacular views of distant whitewashed villages. The apartment is a short 5 minute drive from the ancient Moorish mountaintop whitewashed village of Comares, the highest village in Andalusia. 3-4 minute drive from two bar/ restaurants in the hamlet Los Ventorros. Situated on open, hilly countryside with stunning, breathtaking views. Easy access from the apartment to the bars, restaurants, local shops and bank. No horrendous dirt track roads to navigate. Comares is a beautiful village with bar/restaurants, a bank and pharmacy, supermarket etc. A walker's paradise. Fantastic new Zip-wire across the mountains in Comares for the more adventurous. The coast and shopping malls a 40 minute drive. The beautiful vibrant city of Malaga is the nearest airport - approx a one hour drive. Sandy beaches are around a 40 minute drive at Torre del Mar on the Costa Del Sol with water sports, Chiringuitos ( beach bar/ restaurants ) and a huge selection of sunbeds. Other Local Activities: Bird Watching. So much to do or of course just chill and relax in the pretty apartment garden. Private off road parking. We are retired and enjoy the Spanish way of living. We are proud to let our lovely apartment to you and meet new people and do all we can to make sure your holiday is what you hoped for and more. Although we live in the villa adjoining the apartment with our two small dogs. Poppy and Bailey, we are separated so your total privacy is guaranteed inside and out of the holiday apartment..

We love living here.This is real spain living next door to spanish farmers and their animals. The views are spectacular. The locals are friendly. We live away from the hustle and bustle and commercialization of coast but can be there in 40 minutes We have easy access from a road which is a bonus no horrendous dirt tracks to rattle your bones. Although the pool is in front of our villa you have access via a gate to use whenever you want. We do not use the pool when you are using it. No one else stays here so you have total privacy. Because we live in the Spanish countryside you may occasionally see and hear chickens , goats, dogs, horses, mules, turkeys, birds, owls, eagles, vultures, insects etc. which all add to the ambiance of authentic country life. What you won't see or hear is hectic noisy traffic, bar brawls, drunken, shouting people. Embrace the peace.

What makes this apartment unique

The sun shine of 300 days a year is wonderful. Sunbathe in a lounger, swim in our pool, relax in the luxury Jacuzzi hot tub with massage jets. Read, relax. Eat in or out, visit our super local restaurants. Swim, sleep, rest. Drive to the coast, sunbathe on the beaches, swim in the sea, eat in the beach restaurants. Visit the many lovely white washed villages. Walk our mountain tracks. What more could you ask. So much to do or not do. The choice is yours.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is a really pretty and a spacious place to stay to enjoy all Spain has to offer. The locals are very friendly. The apartment is situated in beautiful Spanish countryside. You may see and hear, birds, insects, horses, mules, chickens, goats, dogs. A hire car is recommended although airport pick up can be arranged. Outside: Open roofed porch with lovey dining table and 4 chairs. Wicker lounge suite and coffee table. Very pretty private garden. Large terrace with sun loungers. Extra large shaded gazebo. Gated for privacy. Swimming pool is 8 m x 4m. The pool is set in front of the villa but only a few steps from the apartment. You will have sole use of the pool and the owners will only use it when you are not. Utility Room: Washing machine in kitchen. Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen provided including pool towels. Clean sheets are provide on stays more than one week. Maid service can be provided at an extra rate. Other: Out door dining table and four chairs. Out door lounge suite and coffee table. Gazebo for shade, dining or party. Use of pool. BBQ. Garden, patio. Private entrance. Parking.

A Fabulous Relaxing Holiday With Breath Taking Mountain Views

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped apartment, the pool and the hot tub we used often, the pool to cool of in during the day and in the evening the hot tub, relaxing in with a glass of wine or beer. The views from the property are breath taking, sitting out side for all meals looking over the valleys and mountains amazing! The owners Tony & Jayne (next door) a lovely couple, and very helpful, with years of local knowledge, seemed only to willing to pass on information and help. We saw very little of them although they are next door, but it was reassuring knowing they were there should we have a problem or just wanted information. The directions given to get there were easy to follow and the recommended supermarket was great but it is not a five minute journey there, having a freezer in the property was most handy. If you like driving you'll love these mountain roads. We covered some miles and saw a lot. It was a wonderful relaxing holiday with all the sounds of the countryside; donkeys, cockerels, cicadas, goats etc. We would gladly highly recommend this property to anybody! Thank you Tony & Jayne

Great little hideaway, stress free

Lovely little place with lots of privacy, hot tub wonderful and fantastic views. The stress of a busy life just faded away. Owners very friendly and helpful but at the same time valued your privacy. Will definitely return.

We wanted a week of peace and rest in beautiful surroundings and our stay here surpassed expectation

Jayne and Tony are the perfect hosts. They were friendly, helpful and available but also very discreet allowing us to feel totally private whilst still able to use the pool.

We planned to not bother with car hire as we just wanted a week of lying around and walking and they anticipated our needs for airport pick up and help shopping. The welcome pack of basics ( and luxuries?- wine and beer) were very welcome.

We had the holiday we hoped for and a half.

We both can't wait to come back.

Relaxing, romantic hideaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. It is a comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment with breathtaking mountain views. Totally private. Although remote there are a couple of bars/ restaurants within a 5 minute drive but to be honest we only had a couple of meals out as no restaurant I've ever been to would provide a table with views as breathtaking as the table here. Add in the fairy lights and candles in the porch way and it is the most romantic place I've ever stayed. The hot tub is fantastic too. I would highly recommend this place so long as you don't mind driving and you want some time to yourselves. There are plenty of places to go for days out too if you fancy a change of scenery. No getting up early to grab a sunbed, no battling it out at a hotel breakfast buffet and no one else there but you .... Bliss!!

Wonderful!

What can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests! We have just returned from two wonderful relaxing two weeks in the apartment. The hot tub was well used in the evenings, and unlimited use of the pool was brilliant. A very well equipped and clean (including all cutlery and crockery) apartment. The view was spectacular, which we really missed while eating breakfast first day home. Finally, and most importantly, thank you Jayne and Tony. You were there if needed but we had complete privacy. Really enjoyed the chats and laughs with you. Not forgetting Bailey! One of the sweetest dogs we've met. Thank you again and hope you would have us back (I want some more earrings!). Fantasticas vacaciones en este apartamento al que no le falta ningun detalle. Todo muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. Sus propietarios encantadores. Lo recomiendo totalmente para pasar unos dias desconectados, sin oir ruidos de la ciudad....solo los pajaros y algun otro animal y estancia totalmente privada. La piscina y el jacuzzi un autentico lujo. Y la verdad que muy asequible. Volveremos. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
