This modern and very stylish villa is nestled in to the forestry hills above a beautiful little cove. It is the only villa on this side of the mountain and it enjoys fabulous views of the Mediterranean sea, the island of Formentera and forested hills. Clean lines, neutral tones and impressive volumes make this villa very special and extremely comfortable. The villa is a short walk to one of the most beautiful coves in the island and only a 10-minute drive from Ibiza town.? It is also within walking distance to Ibiza's only golf club. The property sits on 30,000 sqm of forested land and is accessed via a small courtyard. The ground floor consists of a very large open plan social area, which enjoys large glass windows - overlooking the swimming pool, the coast line and the island of Formentera. This space has a very high ceiling and is decorated in a modern and tasteful way with neutral tones and beautiful furniture from all over the world, constantly updated with new inspirations from the owners many travels. The stylish sofa-area has a large fireplace, HD wall projector and flatscreen TV with both Apple TV as-well as all satellite channels. The dining area is located next to the fully equipped kitchen which also gives access to the staff quarters. 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor including a large Master Suite which has a large sun-terrace and another two rooms with in-suite bathrooms and WC. There is another large room/studio with high ceilings, in-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and a smaller room with in-suite bathroom in a guest house outside the main building. The house has an additional service room behind the kitchen area in the main building. The panoramic sun-terrace is accessed from the living room, with a beautiful moon-shaped swimming-pool and chill-out daybeds. There is also a large shaded living room and dining area next to the pool, which also enjoys the stunning sea-views. The location is very peaceful. The villa is accessed from the area of Roca Llisa and it takes 10 minutes by car to reach Ibiza town. You can walk down to the beach (5 minutes). The beautiful beach-bar Amante is located only 5 minutes by car from the villa and you can also walk there (15 minutes). The villa is accessed via a private drive with gate-system and it is fully alarmed. really nice property, secured and secluded. Excellent service.

Lovely getaway. There is a beautiful little beach only a short walk from the house, great sea views and no neighbourghs. Lovely people taking care of the property, which was cleaned daily. Entry door broke on the second day and it took them 15min to come a fix it.

Great laid back luxury villa overlooking the sea

Beautiful house with amazing views to the sea and Formentera. Very friendly owner and English speaking caretaker. There is a beautiful cove a short walk away and it has a great local "chiringuito" restaurant with great fish. The villa is very private, with very spacious rooms and a great swimming pool. We had the best time!

Great villa in secluded cove close to the beach

Very well kept villa with amazing views to the sea and the island of Formentera. We were received by Antonia, who showed us around the house and provided all the useful information in English. On our first day we walked down to the beach in beautiful Cala Olivera and took our first swim in the Mediterranean! The house is only a few minutes by car from all the restaurants and nightclubs in Ibiza town. In general impecable service and great "energy". 10/10
