This ground floor apartment is located on a well maintained complex with a shared pool, private parking, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, close to an excellent selection of shops, bars, cinema, ten-pin bowling, car & bike hire, restaurants & Tavernas. The complex of only 9 apartments is in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from the new Kings Avenue Mall, 10 minutes walk from Paphos harbour, 15 minutes walk from the Old Paphos Market, and around 250 metres to the 610 bus route connecting the two. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, bathroom, modern fully equipped solid oak kitchen, dining room and living room with TV, Blue-ray/ DVD player, stereo, and Wifi internet; there is a security safe and the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. Outside there is a patio with 6-seater furniture and a small garden with conifers, olive tree, orange & lemon trees & flowering bushes! An Electric and Charcoal BBQ's are also provided for al fresco dining and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The property is professionally managed and a welcome pack can be provided. High chair available and baby cot can be arranged for little ones!

Notes on accommodation: There are Air conditioning/heating units in all the rooms which provide for comfortable nights after the hot summer sunshine or cooler evenings in the winter.The apartment has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard and a variety of extras will be found. Our focus is on you to ensure everything is as easy and comfortable as possible for that real home from home holiday. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Outside: Patio with table and 6 chairs. shared pool which is cleaned on a daily basis, garden looked after by gardener.The pool is quiet and ideal for families with young children. Utility Room: Storage for cleaning items, shoes, utilities etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Adequate supply of bed linen(apartment use only), iron, ironing board, vacuum. Apartment cleaned before/after occupancy. Clothes rack provided. Also includes cleaning essentials (mops, dustpans, brushes etc). Welcome pack can be arranged on request. Other: Large patio overlooking the pool area with table and 6 chairs. Small garden with plants including small orange & lemon trees & conifers for privacy. The pool is quiet and ideal for families with young children. Security safe.

from my first email to the owner to the day we left was perfect.

on arrival we had tea,coffee and milk as we requested. the apartment was immaculate inside and out. furniture was all solid wood and very sturdy., beds very comfy and outside furniture clean,modern and very good condition.

kitchen and bathrooms are large size for an apartment so never felt cramped at all.

sofas are super comfy too

5 yards from apartment to pool.

cannot recommend enough for a holiday apartment.

bus stop to harbour is a 5 min walk, although we walked to harbour area in 10 mins. the bus stop to coral bay is 10 mins maximum walk and bus stop to the old town area is a 3 min walk. shops are 3 mins walk so perfectly placed.

The Mall is around a 10 minute walk as well. the apartment is very well situated.

nothing is any problem for Jonathan . sent 5 emails, 1 responded to in 4 hours and the other 4 of them within 15 mins.. this was our first ever holiday apartment booking so had a few questions which all were answered promptly,Politely and gave us confidence..

best recommendation is that we will be using the apartment next year as well.

"Home Away" from Home

We had a truly memorable 3-week experience in Cyprus and having stayed at this charming apartment in Kato Paphos largely contributed to our pleasant memories. The apartment has all the necessary amenities required for independent living, nicely decorated, bright and clean. We particularly appreciated the patio, where we ate all our meals and often enjoyed an after-dinner drink. After a day of being ‘out and about’, it was just like coming home.

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the beach and waterfront—also where the main (Habour) bus depot is located. Bus stops occur throughout Kato Paphos and once you’ve figured out the bus system, getting around is quite easy. Inter-city bus tours can be booked from either the Harbour or the Karavela bus station. A rental car, perhaps convenient, is not necessary.

Coincidentally, at the time of our arrival, the owner, Jon Edes, was at the apartment and he was most kind and helpful in showing us in and getting us settled. The following day, he took us around town, pointing out some of the grocery and ‘corner store’ sites. In Jon’s absence, a local couple may be contacted for assistance.

We highly recommend this apartment.

Great holiday apartments

Very clean, well kept. Everything you could need is there. Home from home. Pool was well looked after. Not many people staying in the apartments, so felt like your own pool.

Lovely spacious clean and secure apartment. Can honestly say that on several visits to Paphos this apartment is one of the best with great facilities. Came home with no washing and that's a big bonus with English weather! Jonathan we would have no hesitation on returning. Big thank you

Excellent property, cannot recommend enough

This was our second visit to the apartment and we will definately be going back again

very soon. Ideally situated for beach, restaurants, bars and shops (car hire not necessary).

Very nice clean pool area (you wont be fighting over sunbeds or space)

Clean, well equipped and good location

We was very impressed of how well equipped the apartment was and very clean! The parking bay right outside your apt door is very convenient especially with kids. The pool is pretty much nether used by the other apts which means you get to use it alone. Will certainly consider staying here again if we go paphos again.
