This ground floor apartment is located on a well maintained complex with a shared pool, private parking, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, close to an excellent selection of shops, bars, cinema, ten-pin bowling, car & bike hire, restaurants & Tavernas. The complex of only 9 apartments is in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from the new Kings Avenue Mall, 10 minutes walk from Paphos harbour, 15 minutes walk from the Old Paphos Market, and around 250 metres to the 610 bus route connecting the two. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, bathroom, modern fully equipped solid oak kitchen, dining room and living room with TV, Blue-ray/ DVD player, stereo, and Wifi internet; there is a security safe and the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. Outside there is a patio with 6-seater furniture and a small garden with conifers, olive tree, orange & lemon trees & flowering bushes! An Electric and Charcoal BBQ's are also provided for al fresco dining and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The property is professionally managed and a welcome pack can be provided. High chair available and baby cot can be arranged for little ones!

Wonderful apartment, great position for shops, restaurants, beach and lots of amenities. No car required. Property suitable for everyone, from couples to families, disabled friendly too. Very well maintained, good quality furnishings, everything supplied you could possibly need.Quiet location with only a handful of other apartments in the complex so no fighting for sun bed area or pool space......highly recommended

Fantastic Property

This was the first holiday my sister and I had booked direct but it certainly won't be the last! The owner Jonathan was very patient and helpful and his recommendation to use Stevie's Taxi service was the perfect choice for transfers from and back to the airport. They too are very friendly and helpful - do go on the jeep trip to the Troodos Mountains!. The apartment far surpassed our expectations, very spacious, bright, modern, comfortable, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The outside area was delightful, sunny and the pool made for a refreshing dip. The harbour area was just a ten minute walk away with all the usual shops, bars, cafe's and a very well stocked supermarket. There are a couple of small supermarkets a mere two minute walk away for the basics. We went on a fantastic boat trip on a converted Eqyptian ferry, very good value for money. All in all, a fabulous holiday that we will remember and highly recommend to anyone.

perfect location perfect apartment

small and very quiet complex perfect retreat, we have been coming to cyprus for 14 years and this apartment is by far the best we have stayed in, the apartment itself is finished to the highest standard fully equipped with everything that you can think of, the patio gets the sun till dusk and the pool is only a few steps away, if you are looking for the perfect stay in paphos you must look at this apartment for quality price and location. you won't find better, we will be using next year

Ideally located for access to the many beaches around the area. The nearest local Beach is approx 10 minutes from apartment by foot. The renowned beach at Coral Bay is a short bus ride while Paphos Harbor is 10 minutes away by foot and the Old Town approx. 15 minutes. Within Paphos itself there are a good number of municipal beaches.

Travel:

Paphos International Airport is 15-20 mins away from the Apartment. Serviced by all major Airlines including Ryanair, Easy Jet etc... direct from many UK Airports.

Distances:

Visit Paphos Waterworld Park, Paphos Zoo and Museum, Aphrodites Rock & Birthplace and take a day trip to Northern Cyprus.
