Ideally situated with the village centre a gentle 5 minute stroll away, and Olu Deniz beach with the famous Blue Lagoon a 10 minute Dolmus ride away, this spacious self catering apartment has a swimming pool which is cleaned daily and exclusively for use by the small complex. The complex itself has beautifully mature well maintained gardens, which add to the peaceful atmosphere. Balconies give guests the chance to enjoy the early morning or late afternoon sun, for that relaxing drink or snack. Fully furnished to a good standard, the accommodation is suitable for both those who wish to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday or those that wish to be a little more adventurous and take part in some of the numerous activities that this area has to offer. This lovely little complex and apartment is perfect for families and couples alike, offering the best of all that this beautiful area has to offer.

About Mike Staniland

I'm Mike, and my family and I bought the apartment 8 years ago. We tended to go to a different place each year for holidays, with young kids, but after visiting Hisaronu in 2001, at Pine Hill, we soon realised how much we had fallen for the area and returned many times over the next few years. We use the apartment for our own family holidays 4 times a year, as well as for friends and guests. We work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, and have professional people working with us in resort. We recently re-furbished the lovely little complex, with new pool and terrace complimenting the beautifully maintained mature gardens. We believe this place offers all guests the best of what this area has to offer, whether peaceful or lively, beach or pool, and we'd love you to share the experience.

Notes on accommodation: Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen cupboard. There is a secure safe for use by guests. Please note this is a no smoking apartment. There are sun beds and mattresses supplied for use around the pool. An information pack and contact details in case of emergencies is in the apartment Outside: The complex is surrounded by mature gardens, maintained on a daily basis, with pine, fruit and olive trees. The local pine forest is only a 2 minute walk away. There are ample sunbeds and parasols for guests to use and the shared communal pool is cleaned and treated on a daily basis. The main balcony has a table and 4 chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included for use only within the apartment. Please use your own towels etc for the pool and beach. Other: WiFi is included within the apartment and around the pool area.

The beach at Olu Deniz, with the world famous Blue Lagoon, is only a 10 minute journey by the local Dolmus (buses) or taxi. An area of outstanding natural beauty, it is well photographed and documented in numerous publications across Europe. Scuba diving is an option in the turquoise waters and bathing is safe. The Babadag mountains, which are some 2000 meters in height, are also famous in their own right, being one of the world centre's for paragliding, with tandem jumps on offer to tourists.


The nearest airport is Dalaman 45 minutes transfer away. Executive transfers are available. Fees are presently set at £70 return (for 1 - 4 people). Dalaman Airport is very expensive if purchasing food and drinks, so we advise taking your own supply if needed.


Hisaronu centre is a gentle 5 minute stroll with a variety of enjoyable, friendly and lively night life for all age groups, offering everything you need during your stay. Kayakoy (Ghost Town) is 10 mins by Dolmus, which is a must to visit, as is Olu Deniz. The bars, restaurants and shops cater for all tastes and budgets, offering great value for money. The local people are very warm and friendly, most speak English. The village roads are closed to vehicles from 7pm until 8am allowing safety for all.

Further Details:

The local shops are well stocked and cater for the majority of guests taste and needs, and are very reasonably priced. There are two main supermarkets nearby, with many smaller grocery shops. We would recommend changing the bulk of your sterling in Turkey, as the exchange rate is more favourable and the rate changes daily. Several ATMs are available in the village for use and offer Sterling or Turkish Lire. There are numerous shops which will book organised trips for you as well as car hire etc. There are historical and natural places of interest to visit nearby, either by hire car or Dolmus (Buses) which have a regular service frequently throughout the day and evening for most locations. The harbour town of Fethiye is approximately a 15 minute journey away and has a market on Tuesdays. Hisaronu has a market on Monday. There are numerous activities to enjoy in the area from scuba diving, paragliding, quad biking, horse riding, camel safari, jeep safari, Turkish baths, fishing, and boat trips.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £100 (non refundable) is required to be paid to secure your booking, payable within 5 days of confirming availability. The balance is due, in full, 8 weeks prior to departure. For late bookings within 6 weeks of departure, the full amount will be payable at the time of booking. All prices are in UK pounds. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.

Changeover Day:
The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated no later than 12 midday on the day of departure. A degree of flexibility will be used wherever possible to cater for flights etc, although this cannot be guaranteed.
