There is ample storage space within the house for bulky items such as golf clubs. The house is a short walk from Anstruther harbour and the local shops and restaurants

The location of this house is an ideal base to enjoy the award winning beaches and try the many water based activities on offer. Boat trips to the Isle of May leave from Anstruther harbour daily in high season and offer an opportunity to see lots of sea life and birds.

For those who enjoy walking there are many lovely walks including the Fife coastal path.

Travel:

Edinburgh airport is about 90 minutes by car and Dundee regional airport is 45 minutes away.

Distances:

The local villages of Crail, Pittenweem with it's Art Festival, St Monans and Elie with it's stunning beach are all only a few minutes away by car or accessible on foot via the coastal path.

The Scottish Fisheries museum is beside the harbour in Anstruther close to the award winning fish & chip shop.

A wonderful house in the heart of East Neuk

This is a wonderful house – comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished. There are all sorts of appliances and kitchenware. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood at a walking distance from the supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The owners Gail and Kenny are very kind, hospitable and ready to assist. They made us feel at home 2000 miles away from our home. This makes the house an ideal base to explore the beauties of East Neuk and to get acquainted with its wonderful people.

The house was perfect. Just a short walk to Anstruther town centre.

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed it very much. The house had everything we needed. Gail was very helpful. Next time we visit Scotland we will definitely try to stay there again.

Comfortable house with helpful generous hosts

This house was perfect for our holiday. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are large and comfortable. The living space is augmented by a sunny garden. The house is about 8 minutes walk to restaurants and shops and is very close to the Fife coastal path, which we enjoyed.

For stays starting within 28 days of the date of booking, the full amount is payable upon booking. Changeover days are Saturdays unless an alternative is agreed in advance. Arrival after 1500 and departure by 1000.
